Personal was kind and helpful.

I think the location and transfer service. Also that it has restaurant inside the hotel.

The staff was very friendly most of them speak good English, the breakfast was great nice selection of cold meats cheeses,bread the only things what I missed is fried eggs and more juices, the coffee was excellent

The mattress weren't comfy at all,no USB ports in the room we had to charge our phone from the TV other than that everything was fine good temperature, clean bathroom etc

You have to call for the shuttle to take you to hotel.. it’s quite a bit of walk if you walk especially if you have luggage’s with you.

The staff were very friendly.

Lack of toilet paper, and the hot water was wonky. The pillows were also massive so they were a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the lock on the door is not child proof so if you have a kid they can just pull on the knob and it automatically unlocks and they can open the door.

I liked everything about My Place. The location was perfect for my flight the next morning. When I arrived, the gentleman asked what time I would like my breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had and the shuttle was on time. It’s only about one mile to the airport. The evening before, I took a lovely walk in the country to the next town called Sohren. This whole area is so pretty! I had dinner at a pizza place. It was so peaceful at My Place that I was able to sleep with the window open (there was a screen). I’d highly recommend it, especially if you have a flight at the Frankfurt (Hahn) airport.

It’s located a little far from Cochem but very scenic. They also allow pets which is great.

Convenient for airport, staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms very small and basic, definitely just a 'serves the purpose' type of place for early or late flights out of Hahn

We booked a room to stay in before our flight, and it was great. The staff was very helpful, and they also transferred us to the airport. It was perfect for us because we traveled with a small kid and this place was helping. Also, the food from the restaurant was soooo good. We were really happy to see that they have a great restaurant.

My go to when I have an early flight or late arrival at Hahn. Secure parking while away and easy shuttle service to and from the airport.

Super little hotel located close to airport with regular shuttle service you do not expect for late night landings in Germany - very friendly staff & very comfortable environment in room & for breakfast.Great spot

Convenience (free shuttle service to and from the airport). Comfort (the superior double room and nice decor). Cuisine (Good quality food in the restaurant with very efficient service). I'd recommend this hotel, if like us you have a long layover or an overnight in Frankfurt Hahn.

It's a bit compact, there was no separate bar area to have a drink after our meal. No tea, coffee in the room.

The easy-ness to the airport and the fact that they had a restaurant in the building which accommodated our late arrival.

We reserved the shuttle for our early morning departure 3:50am, and when we came down 10 minutes before our “schedule shuttle time” they had taken people before us that were not guest of the hotel but people who paid for parking their instead of the airport almost making us miss our flight!

Rooms were very clean,.tidy and smelled good. We had a very good sleep. They were very kind to pick us up late midnight and also drop us back to airport. Thank you so much.

Location. Efficient shuttle bus. Nadine at reception!!! Friendly restaurant staff. Excellent cleanliness of room and shower room. Responsive central heating controls on a frosty night. Shower room facilities. Creative and extensive dinner menu and high quality of food in pretty on-site restaurant.

Room 103 was nothing like the Medium Double Room that was advertised here, very outdated and tired. No bedside table. No bedside light. One half of the pair of curtains was missing entirely; the other half was too narrow to cover the width of the window, making a room blackout impossible. The creaky double bed’s mattress and single pillow were very soft. Paper-thin walls.

Close to the airport and staff were awesome.

Beds. I understand it’s a European thing but the twin beds are not comfortable.
