Vesterland Feriepark - Hotel, Cabins and Apartments

Cabins are spacious and have everything you need including an equipped kitchen. Staff and the owner are very professional. They help us with our itinerary and helped book a ferry.

I liked everything about the place. I would Improve they website and descriptions.

Clean, comfortable, with decent restaurant and swimming pool. Easy for travel or a comfortable place to spend a couple of days.

Adorable cottages! Well-equipped, perfect for our family. Our kids loved the indoor playground.

The man at the front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions on our planned driving itinerary the next day. He also showed us a map of Sogndal showing us recommendations for dinner that night. He also brought our bags to our floor as the building did not have an elevator. We did not use the pool.

The facilities are great, the pool, the indoor playinground, the dinner buffet. The location is excellent.

Ths staff was courteous and forthcoming with recommendations for visits and sightseeing. Since we booked a cottage which was a bit of a walk from the reception, we were offered a room in the same building which was very thoughtful. We declined and went ahead with the cottage because it comes with a living room and kitchen. The cottage is basic but is comfortable for a short or long stay. We enjoyed our short stay twice in this hotel. It's right across the Nor-Way bus stop in case one wants to use the bus to get here. Can't get any better.

We did not know this beforehand that we'd have to make our beds with the sheets and pillow cases that were provided to us. It was not an issue but it.might be worth knowing..

It was a nice place for our families short stay during our fjord travels.

I was only upset about reduced working hours of playground and swimming pool during Easter time, as we booked this place specifically because of kids activities . Rest was good

Nice rooms, kitchen, and facilities. Managed to get two rooms close by so that we all could stay together. The pool facility was nice, well-maintained, and warm. There is a play area and a fitness center. There was a small shaded area for grilling, which was also a nice addition. Overall recommend the stay for my friends.

The place is quiet and comfortable

Very cool spot. It's actually a campground with accommodation cabins. The breakfast buffet was very good. Out little cabin was very comfortable. Loved the pine furniture and the 4 poster bed with the artwork! It was a bit cool so we really enjoyed a fire in the heater stove for which lots of wood was already in the cabin. It was very quiet!! Turned out that the season was over so we were 2 of what appeared to be less than a dozen overnight guests.

Nothing really. We had to put the sheets on our bed, which we thought a little odd, but then we don't normally stay at campgrounds.

Breakfast included,Stayed as overnight stop on way from Flam to Gerainger.Large room for lots of kids or team members.Kind of a family/sports/hiking/biking team or large group sort of place vs romantic or cozy.

I left my windbreaker there on a chair. Not good with the weather that followed.

Workmen started painting our cabin at 0830! They were quiet but we couldn’t use the balcony etc and it was a bit less private

Big swimming pool and playground for kids. Playground is very good and it is huge!

You have to clean the room yourself or pay 400 Kr. for cleaning, 50 kr. for bed linen replacement, 50 Kr. for garbage collection. Maybe it is a common for Norway but very uncommon for me as a foreign tourist.Apartments are very small and very-very dark.All stuff is very-very old

Very nice and a lot of facilities including interior pool and exercise areas, it is located in the nature so it is really marvellous.

Clean, cute cabin. Quiet and comfortable. We were able to make a nice breakfast with the kitchen equipment.

There were a few wasps inside the cabin. It was a little cold when we arrived until we could turn on the heaters and let it warm up.

Very nice cottages, well equipped. Excellent position in Sognefjord. Swimming pool and huge child playground ( in the hall) for free.

Toilets can be small and poorly equipped. The prices are expensive for the quality of lodgment.

The recreational facilitiy for the kids was AMAZING

The fees levied if we did not clean our room. Ive NEVER seen this before in a hotel and really left us upset with the place. Buyer beware, the hotel charges fees for various different cleaning aspects of your room. Super irritating.
