Room was ok

Stairs on the outside of building and it was raining very hard

Friendly receptionist. Easy to access the property. OK for one night. The price reflects the quality of the room. There is warm water and a bed, some different light sources.

Smelly room. Even after opening the window for a long time the strong smell still remains. Walking around in the area is safe, but there is not really anything to see/experience. Very few power outlets.

Not a lot

The smell of the rooms from smoking and the stench from the shower drain, the mould on the ceilings, the food on the walls, we changed rooms and the second one wasn’t much better

The price of the place is the best. It is well located with grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a really nice playground and a walking path nearby. Dennis, the night shift receptionist speaks English well and was the best helping us with everything we needed to make our stay a very pleasant one.

The room can best be described as a pod. For a family of 2 adults and 2 children (we had our own portable crib with us) plus a dog, it was very tight but we managed. The morning staff was rude, not allowing us to use the tables in reception area for our own breakfast because breakfast time was over, although we weren't purchasing their breakfast. There is only one picnic table outside the rooms and it is very cold out, so where are we supposed to have our meals if there is not enough space in our room? Also, having a microwave in the reception for guests to use would be a great addition. Morning shift staff doesn't speak English.

the breakfast is very basic, no fruits or vegetables, or any cheese products available.

Personnel was nice.

Bathroom was too small. The room was very small, and didnt appear to be so small in the pics. It is a hotel only to sleep 1 night when travelling.

this is a motel & not a hotel so I had no idea about this one or I could miss it during the booking process, anyhow the staff was very nice, and breakfast was good.

Reception gets close during the night time.I had a problem with my room key and for around one hour couldn't find anyone.

Good value for money, sufficiently clean.

Check-in was not managed properly, i was assured over telephone that reception is open 24 hrs and no issues in late night check-in, but it was not the case and I had to wait at the gate for 1hr.

Absoloutly nothing

After 1 hour stay, we realised that we can not sleep there. It was so warm, without air condition, dirty and smelled horrible. We left and find a nice hotel in the next city with a good price. . It is not a hotel, but a container. Sleeping at car is more confortable than this one.Never ever!!!

The receptionist (Denis) has booked me a quiet room and I really appreciated that as I had a reallly good night sleep. It rarely happens to me in hotels!

I believe there was a bedbug in the bedroom but it was an insect for sure.

I booked a doble room with toilet and breakfast included for my colegue, they send him to a room without a toilet and dont provide the breakfast that I paied for. They wanted an extra money for breakfast,at booking is written that the breakfast is included. Also a private toilet was not avaible. Dissapointed!

the room is stuffy, the window is small, the bathroom is from a camper, all plastic. we slept with the door open to have air

No limitation for the arrival time. We arrived in late night and the check in went well.

No negative findings.

Small affordable rooms, also tripple rooms.

Checkin procedure. No english speaking stuff.

Exactly as expected

Although this is a very basic place it is described as such so unfair to say there was anything I did not like. If the price was higher I would have expected better but this is what I chose.
