The rooms are pretty basic

The host is nice and always ready to answer queries.

Both bedrooms are on the second floor and the staircase is very steep and hard for the elderly go up and down. But then again, it's a cabin hence i guess it's constraint by the space.

Lovely two bedroom cabin right on the water. Felt private and kitchenette was great for cooking during our winter nights. Central in the Lofoten Islands.

A little walk into town, but not far and was great for stretching your legs.

Everything about this stay felt like paradise. The cabin was absolutely lovely—warm, cozy, and beautifully set in one of the most charming and picturesque areas I’ve ever visited. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, and the surrounding landscape was breathtaking from every angle. It was the kind of place that instantly makes you exhale and feel at home. I truly loved every moment here.

Thin walls . Neighbors kept us awake 12-3 am

Superb Location. Cute cottages. Value for money? Not so much - no coffee was provided, and that was a first for Norway and world-wide first for a cottage at this price. The Jacuzzi did not work. We stayed in a larger 2-bedroom cottage in Svolvaer the 2 nights before which was $100/night cheaper. But the name 'rorbuer' commands a premium price, we guess. And cute it certainly is. Staff was super friendly and accomodating.

No coffee was provided. That was a first no Norway.

Our rorbu was the sweetest space. We settled in and felt right at home. The staff was very welcoming and we appreciated the bike rentals. This was our favorite part of the trip.

We enjoyed staying in a traditional rorbuer. Our unit was right over the water and offered stunning views of the mountains and ocean. The kitchen was well equipped and saved us a lot of expense given the high cost of restaurants. The walk to the center of town took about 15 minutes and passes very close to the famed football stadium. We had great weather and appreciated the opportunity to stretch our legs a few times a day.

Beautiful location at the end of the quaint village of Henningsvær. The views from the kitchen/dining area directly on the water were fantastic (like staying in a boat). We enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna by the pier (and we appreciated the kid's discount).

It's hard to climb up to the second floor and to bring all the luggage up. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. The rooms are very small and they don't have proper dark screens for the light. It was very hard to get the kids to sleep and to fall asleep ourselves. It would have been nice to get some coffee in the room.

Cozy fisherman’s cabin on the water and in a quiet part of town. Walkable to town center and with access to a sauna on the water. 2 bed/2 bath with a kitchen and sitting area. Very pleasant.

Really noisy construction that starts early in the morning beside the cabin so hard to sleep in past that. Authentic cabin which was fine but could use some updating especially the bathrooms.

Fancy house with clean environment, and it’s really way far from the light, so an amazing location to hunt northern light. And also don’t miss the sunrise from the sea!

The stove didn’t work well. It would be nice to have more cooking appliances and some cleaning things like pads and garbage bags.

The house is very clean and kitchen is well prepared for utensil and stuff. We just brought something to cock at here. It totally saves cost a lot. It's very convenient if having a car to drive by and close to the football field (Henningsvaer stadium). The staff is so friendly and guide everything where to go and travel.

Basic essentials are there. The cabin was cosy. The property and most cabins have a fantastic view.
