Hotel Vrata Krke

Room was ok with balcony and size of room.

The beds were rather uncomfortable for me. There was no bar fridge for us to put some food in. Also no tea coffee facilities in room.

The best location literally next to the Krka nationalPark entrance gate. Pool was very refreshing and clean.

Room was very dated and small. No small Refrigerator in the room.

Right across from the Krka Park entrance, very convenient. Everything we needed for a one-night stay. Dinner was good too.

The proximity to the Krka NP entrance is perfect. The swimming pool was divine after a warm day’s visit to Skradinski Buk.

The bed is very low but the toilet is weirdly high. The ceiling light does not completely turn off and emits a glow like a full moon. We pulled the door card out and had to shut down the power to make it go off. We then opened the doors to let air in but there’s a very loud rooster at the neighbouring property which started crowing at 3:45am and didn’t stop. An appalling night’s sleep for us. We had a lie down in the afternoon because we were exhausted. We knew the cleaning lady was coming around so my husband told her not to service our room. Half an hour later she knocked and barged in!!!!!! Invest in some “do not disturb” signs! This was beyond unprofessional!The hairdryer is beyond belief, it sounds like an industrial drill, I’ve never heard anything like it before. This needs replacing. There’s a fridge but it doesn’t work. There’s no kettle or coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The pillows are dreadful too. We were not comfortable in this room at all. Glad to leave.

I dont like the fact that there is no kettle and no frigde in the room. I would love to see thee and coffee on the table in de room.

Location excellent for visiting Skradinski Buk waterfalls. Get your ticket from reception for a 15% saving. Bus transfer just outside front gateRestaurant buffet or a la carte for dinner and buffet breakfast.

No kettle or bottled water in the room.I'm 1.78m but it's the highest toilet I've ever used.

The indoor pool was great. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Great location in proximity to Skradinski buk and Sibenik. At this time of season really peaceful, good parking

breakfast coffee, semi-functioning WiFi. A little nostalgia (old fashioned) feeling without any contemporary building/room/restaurant features may both be advantageous and disadvantageous, it comes down to the person's expectations. I wasn't feeling compromised or in discomfort at any time during my brief stay - many facilities (gym, pool) and THE location make up for any negative points.

They gave us a room with a broken windowWith some effort and some bad faces from the lady in the reception we got a new roomIn the “phantom” spa nothing was working (shower, jacuzzi, sauna).

Good room size, overlooking the motorhomes, swimming pool and fish pond, enjoyed watching the fish and the Quoi Carp from the balcony. Bathroom fine. TV good, lots of films and tv stations to watch. Friendly staff on reception. Glass lift to the floors. The only hotel around for miles, and it is in the National Park.

The restaurant really lets the place down. So drab. Just a huge high ceilinged hall with loads of tables and chairs. With two areas portioned off for the A la Carte menu and the breakfast room. Zilch atmosphere. Only one waiter on duty, so long waits. People were irritated. Food not great either. Coachloads of people queuing up for their special menus at the buffet counter. It felt more like a cafeteria.

Close to the National Park.

The hotel room didn’t look like it was properly cleaned before our arrival (the balcony for sure wasn’t as it was dusty and the ashtray was full). Also, the sheets from the bed had holes in it like the one in the picture. The room overall looked like it could use a big upgrade since the furniture was outdated and the bathroom looked really old and rusty.Also, we forgot an electric toothbrush in the room and we tried to contact the hotel to retrieve it. They said nothing was there. I don’t know if it was in bad faith or not, but after this accomodation we went straight home and it was obvious the hotel room could be the only place the toothbrush could be.

We had a suite, and it was massive. The pool was nice and clean and the breakfast was good, the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Great location on the national park, and you do get a bit of discount for the park entrance if you buy it through the hotel. It's a Ten minute drive to Skradin, which is a lovely quiet little village with lots of restaurants to pick from for dinners.

the best is the location of the hotel right outside national park and the outdoor pool where you can cool off after sweaty walk around waterfalls in summer months

Access to the pool could have been easier. the rooms are a bit dated.
