They were helpful. Let me store luggage before/after check out; directed me where to buy tickets. Their breakfast had Jetrena Pasteta (pate) which was a wonderful surprise.

Balcony was great to have and enjoy a bottle of wine on. Location for restaurants , town and Park Krka is ideal.. all a short walk. Free parking (but that may only be an off season thing). Breakfast was average but was great to have.

Rooms are not luxurious but they are spacious and functional.

Ample space in the room. Great location near everything and walking distance to the ferry that took us to Krka. Breakfast had an ample variety of things to eat and were fresh. Staff were helpful and attentive.

Location and parking.

The room (2 in the annex) was in disrepair. The toilet tank was cracked. Shower mildew and rusty. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. No cups nor hand soap in the bathroom. The room smelled like mold.

Our family of four needed a place to stay for one night as we visited Kyrka waterfalls. We had a two bedroom, and it was gigantic. Nothing fancy, basic furnishings, but it was clean and had more than enough space for the four of us.Breakfast was included, which was nice and they had a nice selection of pastries and cereals, breads and jams, as well as scrambled and hard boiled eggs and meats and cheeses.The location was fantastic. A two minute walk to the ferry to the national park. And, a short walk into the town for dinner and food. Cute streets with adorable restaurants and you could walk along the waterfront and enjoy the scenery at night.We really appreciated the ability to park on site (included in price) and the staff was very friendly and let us leave our car there in the morning while we visited the national park.Overall, the hotel was perfect for our family and our needs.

Staff was very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean but you could tell guests were smoking in the rooms because of smell through hvac.

The ac didn’t work for us properly during the evening hours. Smell of smoke.

Location was perfect after a day of hiking the National Park. Excellent restaurant next door ! Breakfast included in hotel bar and outside veranda.

This is a decent hotel in a great location in Skradin. Free parking was available in their car park which was plus! The bed & pillows were very comfortable and the room was clean. A good variety of items are offered for breakfast. Staff at reception were always very polite and helpful. We had a comfortable stay which was also good value for money. Definitely recommend.

I expected more from the Booking.com fotos and the price. Nobody picked up the phone, when I arrived in the night, staff was kind of sleepy and not really attentive. Some staff members are nice and some are, well... no comment. The whole thing is not run professionally. Cant remember everything. In the night there was no wifi, and the phone didnt work. Customer service allover rating : Very low.

Nice hotel in a great location just a few steps from the restaurants and shops of Skradin. Free parking in the car park was very much appreciated! The room was large with a king size bed which was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent with choice of eggs and sausage plus cereals, fruit, croissants, yoghurt and breads. The staff on the front desk were always very polite and helpful. It's not fancy but comfortable and would recommend staying here.

It is a nice hotel, very close to the Marine and many shops and restaurants. The staff was very kind and helpful and the large free parking is a great bonus.

Better maintenance in the bathroom.
