- This hotel was a very pleasant surprise for us. On our arrival we were greeted right at the door by the very welcoming and professional staff. We collected our key and then we discovered that the hotel had upgraded us to a room facing the sea at no extra cost. To top it off, our room was much more comfortable than we were expecting in terms of furnishings. The bed was huuuge, a true king size one with just the right softness. We slept like babies. The balcony was very cozy and since the hotel is located right on the sea shore you can enjoy both the sight and the sound of the waves at your leisure since it feels like you are on the beach.Breakfast was another surprise. The food is served at the table by a very polite waitress. It comes in a standard setup, with eggs prepared at your preference along with some cold cuts, pastries, sweets and fruit for desert. We chose to have an omelette and were delighted by it, both by the size and the taste. It was delicious. We're convinced. We're coming back here for sure.

- We've been to a lot of accomodations but Kymata hotel showed us what hospitality means!First of all, the hotel was perfect, rooms exactly like on the pictures, clean and cleaned daily. Within the hotel there is a restaurant with extremly delicious food. When we arrived they gave us coffee for free to welcome us, and after every meal they are giving us a dessert for free. Hotel has a private beach outside with sunbeds and hotel staff is bringing you whatever you need, all you need is to enjoy. Platamon is 20min away by walk (3min with car) from the hotel and for me and my pregnant wife that was perfect, to have a walk every day, peace and sound of sea only. But what is the best about Kymata hotel are the people, extremly nice people trying to make your vacation unforgettable. When we headed back they packed croissants for my wife for the trip, since she is pregnant.Special thanks to mister Yanis. We'll definitely see each other next year but in room with sea view as a must! :)

- The beach at the hotel was actually something really really bad. It is an improvised beach with rocks, small, not appropriate to enjoy a day at the beach. Also the poor low quality of the breakfast. All the food is the worse I ate in Greece. 7 days the same menu every single day. Egss (cooked in three ways), some yoghurt, some old tomatoes and cucumber, one type of cheese and two types of meat. Very low quality all. But a lot of bad pastries (bought, probably the cheapest). No feta, no olives, no greek honey. Very, very bad. Also the attitude of the stuff... arrogant and unpolite. Only the girls serving at the restaurant very polite and smiling. At the restaurant for lunch and dinner a very short menu and pretty expensive.

- In the bathroom no glass screen for shower. Water is all over the floor. But this is a tiny little thing which you can ignore

Location, Location, Location! A beautiful seaside hotel, nestled below the ruins of the Platemonas Castle. A quick stroll through an old railroad tunnel leads you to nightlife and a fun beach scene. Service was attentive and specialized. The grounds were pristine. We will be back!
The setting on the sea is so special, the sunrise was gorgeous. Also appreciated the big tub, which had clean jets, so my kids had a great bath. The staff was very kind, especially to my kids.
Amazing hotel, restaurant and staff! Nice little beach outside and breathtaking views! Food is fresh and delicious! Will definitely be recommending this hotel!
In the bathroom no glass screen for shower. Water is all over the floor. But this is a tiny little thing which you can ignore
It was a pretty location on the water. The room had a lovely view
There was no standing shower. Just a bath with a shower hose not mounted
Free parking, free beach including umbrellas
Restaurant wasn't too variety
This is a great small hotel literally next to the waterline. Fantastic for a couple looking for relaxing vacation. Great sea view if you take the luxury room, well worth the price. It has a small rocky beach and parking for the guests.Overall, very cozy and convenient place.
Rocky beach, but this is really a personal preference and not a big deal.
I recently stayed at Kymata hotel with my family, including our 2-year-old daughter and our dog, and we had a fantastic experience. We were thrilled that the hotel is pet-friendly, and despite having a big dog, we didn’t encounter any issues at all – they were very accommodating! We stayed in a triple room, which was very spacious and sparkling clean, providing plenty of room for everyone, including our pet. The location is perfect, with close proximity to the beach, and we loved relaxing on the chaise longues by the water. The hotel’s restaurant was a highlight of our stay. The food was excellent — there’s nothing better than enjoying fresh fish right next to the sea with a stunning view. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and the hotel manager was especially welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a family and pet-friendly getaway. We hope to return soon!
Nothing to mention
We enjoyed the stay very much, the staff and owners were amazing, very attentive and accommodating. The restaurant by the sea exceeded my expectations, as they brought out the dishes of great quality and taste.
The name stands true. They were right in front of the waves..The location and the sea view
The room was not very clean when we checked in. The towel they provided us as clean wasn't. It had make up from the last people that they left the room. I called them and I told them that and they gave us new towels. There were human's long hair on my pillow when we got in. I told them that too but they told us "we don't know anything about it and we will report it"The fridge was making really loud noise. The restaurant was ok but not value for money..
Everything was just gorgeous. We had a stunning view, the dinner and breakfast were exceptional, nothing bad to say. The personnel did there job beautifully. Thank you!

The staff takes Customer satisfaction to a next level. I'm certain that is because the family runs the business.Excellent food right on the waterfront.Clean semi private beach
Perfect location, very friendly staff, the room is clean and very comfortable. We are definitely coming back!
Very nice hotel with great view. The best hospitality, Mina made us feel so welcome. Loved the food and our very comfortable huge bed.
The hotel is well located on the coast. The rooms are big and clean. The staff is nice and helpful.
The breakfast is a poor. It could have more variety.
Absolutely perfect! Excellent sttaff, extremely friendly and accommodating - the host is very friendly and attentive to all our needs.Very good choices on the breakfast.Clean comfortable room and the view inside was fantastic! It was a quiet location where we could relax and fully enjoy the sea.Thank you for everything!
Gorgeous to wake up to the sea right at your window and at breakfast. Owner was hugely helpful with travel & sightseeing advice. Lovely people.
Directly on a (rocky) beach, we were able to swim in our first afternoon in the Greek vacation (we were in transit).
Apartment in old style (furniture). 250 euro/night is too expensive, even in season, for what is offered.
