Pros +

- Friendly staff, clean modern rooms, beautiful town, nice hike up to Sissacherfluh from hotel, easy walk to train
- Very friendly staff and very good food
Cons -
- The AC was broken and I was unable to reach anyone about this during the night. We payed extra to stay here due to AC and were told the next morning “What do you want me to do about it. You’ve already paid”. They refused to give even a partial refund or assist in any way. They also refused to acknowledge there was a problem. The inability to reach someone from the staff when the problem was noted and hostile response were shocking for a hotel such as this.
- Accidentally hit the city on a Sunday. Businesses are closed. Two restaurants open near hotel.
