Location and cleanliness

The check in staff was very rude and unprofessional

The suite is a serene oasis nestled along Sardinia's picturesque coastline. With its stunning sea views, modern amenities, and impeccable service, this accommodation offers an unforgettable stay. The spacious suite provided ample room for relaxation, while the private balcony allowed us to soak in the breathtaking scenery. The resort's facilities, including the swimming pools, spa, and restaurants, were top-notch.

The suite was huge and perfectly located straight by the beach. Good quiet aircon, smart TV so you can use a fire stick to watch some English channels. Very charming decor, big bathroom.

The resort is a bit run down. Breakfast could have better veggie and fruit options, and better choice of hot food.

Our stay was simply breathtaking! The room offered stunning sea views that provided a serene and picturesque backdrop to our vacation. The culinary experience at the ristorante del mare was outstanding, with exquisite dishes that showcased the best of Sardinian cuisine. Good service. Highly recommended!

Staff!

The above picture is not the accommodation and view that we got and what I paid for. It was expensive! Our sea view was over a 5 ft wall- small enclosed courtyard with a huge tree growing in it and shaded completely from the sun !

Not worthy the money!!! There so much to say about this space but I will say: Do Not Spend your money here!!!

Not clean! The pool area was dirty, you could see the green from the stain water! The roads was dirty, still will dead flowers from weeks ago, dead threes, dirty walls and old pain. Old furniture just left outside, old building left like nobody it’s been there for years! So much more to say about this place! Not worthy the money that we had to pay!!!

Loved the secluded area. Our room was beautiful

Service was lacking. Also requested to change my stay from 3 nights to 2 and was confirmed at check in that it would be changed (even though I requested this changed 24 hours after booking), hotel refused to change my booking and still charged me the 3rd night even though I didn’t stay for a 3rd night. Food was just ok, parking was extremely far from our room. We felt trapped as the service was so lack luster. Took staff over an hour to come pick us up and take us to our car. We could have walked there faster had we known where it was

Lovely location in beautiful bay, with sandy beach and crystal clear waters. The suite was large, clean and comfortabl, we had a great view of the beach and village. It was clearly recently renovated and met our needs well. Very helpful staff and the food offerings were delicious.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Suites del Mare in Arbatax. The location is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea right from my suite. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed every moment of my stay, and I can't wait to return to this charming oasis by the sea. Highly recommended for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway!

The staff are very helpful, especially Giuseppe, Matteo and Diego. Also the rooms are very beautiful and beaches are wonderful.

Wonderful and relaxing, lots of facilities and little coves where one can disappear to on the beach and have lots of privacy. The most excellent buffet ever with a variety of dishes for everyone. Great for couples or families. Amazing Spa well worth a visit or two.

Great situation of the hotel with direct access to the white sand beach and a perfect stay! Nicely furnished and spacious suite with a beautiful sea view. Excellent breakfast and dinner (nice crudo and fish of the day). Lovely staff, always careful and ready to help, we will come back

Parking not nearby

Nice location by the sea with combinations of rocks and tiny beaches. Nice breakfast view from Ristorante del Mare.

Our “Suite del Mare with ocean view”, turned out to be a double cottage far from the sea, overgrown by trees and bushes. No ocean view from our room or terrace. On complaining, staff promised to cut down trees allowing at least some ocean view. This off course never happened during our stay. Dinner buffet at Sa Gana was - hands down - the worst I have had anywhere in an industrialized country. Staff was - with honorable exceptions - generally unprofessional, and at times unfriendly. Sadly, the resort appears poorly organized, worn down with a significant lag in maintenance and staff training. Unfortunately very low value for money.

WIFI was poor, no access from our flat, needed to go to specific places, there it worked well

Perfect location overlooking the sea, with some truly breathtaking views. Staff always make guests welcome, a friendliness and helpfulness pervaded everywhere, no matter the role. Breakfast excellent too. Laze at the hotel pool or wander down to the private beach!

Stayed at the end of September. Not the best time to visit as the season is virtually over and many restaurants are closed.

Great Location

Having to wait for shuttles due to a no guest vehicle policy.

If you’re into nature and the sea, this is the spot for you. The location is pure magic, with the kind of views that make you stop and just breathe it all in. The connection to the environment here is what makes it so memorable.
