The view was spectacular and the property was gorgeous The dinner was so delicious.

No massage therapist on premises on Monday.

I really liked the beautiful building and the views.The staff were great, especially the bar staff.Very useful shuttle to take you down to the beach and back.We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food and drinks were of high quality and ample portions .

We knew this beforehand but unless you want to drive once you're at the hotel you stay there.

Amazing views and nice hotel. We were upgraded to a small suite which was a bonus. Better than average restaurant compared to some hotels like this in Italy - we were pleased because the next nearest restaurant must be a good 20 minutes away by car. Helpful staff.

We were offered a shuttle to the beach, which we didn't take. We would have done if they'd explained that you can't drive yourself to the beach in July-September due to traffic restrictions - we'd have taken the shuttle if we'd known.

We absolutely loved the hotel! The location is great, you have a fantastic view. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. They gave us a better room than booked, because it was off season, which was great! The sauna has a spectacular view, I loved it. We would love to come back!

the view and the place are outstanding. very close to my favorite beach in numana, great variety of places to go out in numana and sirolo. the park, the church, the pool, the panorama bar - everything is beautiful

the only thing missing is the possibility to make tea / coffee at the room.

An amazing place (a former monastery) in the heart of the Conero natural park. The place has been very sentitively refurbished in a modern modern manner. We had a beautiful view from the window and from the balcony. Excellent breakfast with delicious coffee. A restaurant with great a la carte menu. A shuttle that takes you conveniently to (and back from) the beautiful beaches of Sirolo.

The hotel is nestled high above the Adriatic Sea with sweeping views and nestled in the beautiful green trees. Lots of walking trails, views galore, quiet swimming pool and a beautiful terrace to enjoy a glass of wine. Relaxation abounds!

the air conditioning in the room was making a lot of noise and didn't work at all, it was terribly hot

Our hotel room had a sea view and at 5am we were able to see the most stunning sunrise with colours of peach and gold in the sky. Dinner at the hotel was typical of Marchigiana cuisine and exceptional with a lovely view of the sea. Breakfast the next morning was full of local products, varied and ample. Service by staff was excellent.

That I booked for only one night instead of the whole week-end! I would have liked to further explore the hotel’s spa facilities and use the hotel’s shuttle service to spend a day at San Michele beach at nearby Sirolo.

Stunning location and monastery which was incredibly peaceful and after a long drive and boat from Greece. Lovely walks in the forest nearby and impossible to think you were so near the Rimani coast. Great food and service in the restaurant and wonderful breakfast on the balcony.

We loved everything about this accommodation and the views were spectacular. I especially loved that it had a swimming pool (which I used) and the outdoor area was absolutely gorgeous. It was a very windy road to reach the accommodation but was well worth it once we arrived. We loved all the special, eclectic items in and around the hotel and we took many photos while staying here.

Just the very windy road to reach the accommodation, but nothing at all to complain about regarding the accommodation itself.

The location of the property is amazing. The views of the city and the mountains are breathtaking.

The property is old and it needs a facelift. The people working at the property are not that friendly. Needs a lot of work.

What a special, special place! I will never forget my stay here. Such a beautiful place in the hills. My room was beautiful and had a wonderful view.Also, nobody is talking about how wonderful the dinner is in the restaurant! Such wonderful food and hospitality.

The location.

WThe pool was unusable as it was green!There was obviously a problem which staff confirmed but no notice telling guests not to use it! It was a health hazard which we were aware of but other guests weren't.

parking was difficult. Signage to find reception was non existent. Fog enveloped the entire mountain so no views and navigation wouldn't work so it was difficult to find hotel

we had a very nice view from the room and the staff, especially Sabrina, was very kind and helpful. the restaurant was very good.

it was a bit old fashioned and the water of the swimming pool was not very clean.

A really beautiful place to stay. Peaceful and calming, you could hear the owls at night. Comfortable and well equipped rooms with all necessities catered for and a fabulous view across the gardens to the sea. The staff were all helpful and friendly - we think it should have at least 4 stars.

Never ever!

During our stay there were daily wedding parties until late at night with the volume of a rock concert.
