Albana Hotel Silvaplana

- Room was big enough for two people- Spa environment was great- Delicious Breakfast- Unfortunately we can not rate the Dinner due to a Private Event, but it looks delicious- Very close to the Lake Silvaplana

- Small Bathroom- Balcony Doors didn't close properly- A little bit expensive for what we got- Bathroom with less storage areas

We are skiers, so the hotel should clearly indicate that it does not offer the "Sleep & Sky" ski pass when booking through booking.com.We were a little disappointed when the receptionist told us that we could not get this offer (which is almost half off the price of a daily ski pass if you stay in an Engadine hotel) just because we booked through 'booking.com'.

Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, lots of space in the room! Hotel is very clean, staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. They also went above and beyond to help us get to the train station (mum is in a wheelchair and dad struggles with his mobility) on our departure and organized a taxi for us at their expense because the shuttle wasn't available.....they excelled themselves, we loved our stay in the hotel and would definitely go back! Customer service was 5*!!

This isn't really a criticism of the hotel. We had a wheelchair with us and we didn't contact the hotel early enough to organize the shuttle so ended up on the bus from St Moritz. The bus itself dropped us off a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and in normal circumstances that would have been ideal, but it was 5 minute walk up a relatively steep hill with a wheelchair and luggage, it wasn't easy! So the motto is, organize the shuttle in advance with the hotel!

Beautiful Hotel, well managed. nice rooms, nice location in the center of Silvaplana. Easy to park, good food and breakast. It helped that we had great weather, too.

The only complaint would be that the stay was too short - but that is not the hotel's faoult

Everything about this hotel was of an exceptionally high standard. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed with an attention to detail second to none. On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly & helpful staff and the overall atmosphere was warm & inviting, with the aroma of scented candles & soft lighting. The food was excellent too. On checking out we were given complimentary Nusstorte (nut cake) made in-house, which was a nice touch. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, would highly recommend.

We had a great stay in hotel Albana in the middle of October: the room was cozy, spa was very nice, both restaurants are amazing (and you can order from both of them!) and the service is just superb - they arranged our transfer and were super flexible with restaurants and spa. Last but not least - fresh and flavourful estonian bread is delicious! It made breakfasts really special. We will definitely come back!

Great as always, it's the fifth year in a row that we stay in Albana for our annual autumn trip to Graubünden.

Beautiful, traditional hotel with a lovely mix of modern and traditional features inside. Wonderful views of the mountains from the restaurant. Added bonuses of Wellness facilities in the basement and free secure parking. Would highly recommend the Thai cuisine offered in the restaurant.

Lovely breakfast room/restaurant. Great service. Very nice staff.

Lounge was dominated by a tv where sports were constantly running. Personally, I don't think there is a need for this. The bar is smoking which is a bit surprising but obviously there is a "need" for this as it was used on several occasions. Don't worry though: you can't smell anything

After three months of being mostly at home, it was wonderful to sit on the sunny terrace of my room, to have a drink in the lounge and dinner in the superb restaurant.
