Rooms are spacious and very well designed with lots of storage room.

Feels like home love the staff very helpful and the hotel was very very clean

No fridge No coffee machine Location was far.. Will cost you around 40€ by uber to downtown

We loved it!

This place was by far my favorite to stay at. The staff was great. They explained the hiking trails and even walked you to your room. My room was fantastic! The balcony was amazing with views even in the rain. They offered so many freebies and more. Dinner and lunch tasted great and typical prices. Grocery right across the street if you wanted to cook. Free sauna was fantastic and really relaxing. Was never too many people there. Loved the smell of the shower gel as well. I honestly can’t wait to come back here and stay longer.

Hands down the friendliest, kindest and most enthusiastic welcome I’ve ever experienced in Switzerland. Great breakfast, nice spa, lovely restaurant for dinner too.

Noisy on first floor in the evenings (bar/restaurant). No family rooms.

Very cosy atmosphere, personalized service with high attention to detail, creative design, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, parking garage just across the street- family run but super professional !

Nothing to mention-

Best property on our 16 day Alps trip. With a two night stay we received a pass for all public transportation and a multitude of lifts. This saved us a couple hundred dollars.

The property is very clean and many details are very well thought through - a backpack in the closet in case you forget your own; a small purse. We were received with a wonderful welcome drink in the restaurant, which is also very good. The bed is wonderful - we had very good sleep.

We had some slight noise from the restaurant but since it closes in time this should not worry you. It you are an early and slight sleeper maybe ask for a room further down the hallways.

Best receptionist briefing ever on the tours and attractions and how to reach them. The reception knows the region very well and is able to brief you on every wish you have. Very wttentive and supportive staff. Conrad is personally cooking breakfasts. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

It’s just a building with no outdoor areas! Also they insisted to try their pizza but they were too thick and square shaped!

The location. The facilities. The room. The flexibility to choose the room. The overall service. The kind and efficient reception. The delicious breakfast and ultra attentive service. The pizza for dinner. Great atmosphere.

The staff was super super friendly the rooms are wonderful the area is of course gorgeous the breakfast was the best of his kind !!! I stay in a lot of hotels and this one exceeded anything I could have dream of !

The breakfast/dining room was perfect, located on the first floor of the lodge. The staff was very friendly and the food exceptional, especially the pizza. Hard to believe being from Chicago we would find such an outstanding pizza in Switzerland.

Not a single thing. There is no fan in the room so if you are used to the white noise of a fan in the background you should request one or bring your own.
