Comfortable clean room, great food, excellent location near slopes

Everything was great

The hotel is quite nice

Heating radiator worked partly. Some water from porch entered my room. Wall to wall carpet was damp because of it.

The family villa is wonderful. New, spacious, well equipped, quiet.

Although the staff was friendly and willing to help, they weren't very informative and suggested restaurants that were actually closed. Yet they did met our needs and provided everything we asked for in the room.

Great view, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, stuff is nice and friendly.

Breakfast included, not terrible, but not great either.

Brand new house with great interior design and a all amenities for a great weekend (and longer) stay.

Nice pool area, well renovated room and bathroom, prime location in Borovets.

There was no AC in the room, so we slept with an open window. Unfortunately, there is a disco in the hotel across the street, so it was very loud and we couldn't go to sleep before 4 in the morning. If you want a quiet stay you should request a room overlooking the pool area.

Breakfast is ?

There is no air conditioning in the rooms.When outside is 38 degrees Celsius it is terrible. Also no mosquito nets on the windows.

Dinner and breakfast were excellent! Great and clean room. Personel was polite.

The interior, eclectic style ! Very nice !

We didn’t have the luck to visit the steam room because it was out of order, also the upper Sauna benches were prone to bending in the middle of the planks.

Great location near the slopes, restaurants and bars. Very clean rooms, cosy lobby and friendly staff.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding – the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay perfect.The location is fantastic, close to all the main attractions and the Ski area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.One of the highlights was the food – absolutely delicious! The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options, and the dining experience overall was exceptional.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Asked for breakfast packs because we left before the restaurant was open, and the stuff forgot. In addition, the cleaning of the room wasn't great and the pool temperature was a bit cold

The hotel is very pleasant to stay with family,nice breakfast and dinner,clean room,ski equipment and clothing rent in the hotel.

The swimming pool was cold,no hot tub,the spa wasnt up the standart.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The room chosen for us was very well located for a family of three. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and clean.

Everything was clean. Room was cosy and comfortable. Staff was nice and polite. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. It was great at two meals. I'm very impressed that they leave child slippers and bathrobe in our room for our daughter. I've stayed lots of hotels around the world. Mostly five stars hotels. But never experienced this level of care. It made us very happy.

Good location for ski trip. Close to lifts. Nice breakfast and evening buffet.

Ski rent and storage with very limited opening hours. Small bathroom, no real shower.
