Room was clean and spacious, great location to the slopes staff were friendly , spa small but ideal

Breakfast was limited, definitely needed better facilities for making tea/coffee and toast. Also food although basic was reasonable but all cold. Lounge area wasnt inviting

The staff was very friendly, we had different personal requests that they accommodated gladly. The location is great, right next to the ski slopes. The internet was very fast. And last, but not least, the food was pretty good.

The view was nice.

The spa was not what we expected. Pool was not even warm, and the lights in both the leisure area and sauna were flickering

Perfect place for summer or winter getaway. The food is very tasty and comes in big portions, the location is amazing and the people are so nice and friendly. It really exceeded our expectations.

The location was excellent—right by the slopes and lifts, with beautiful views of the forest. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the wellness area (pool, sauna) was a great way to relax after hiking. Parking was convenient too. Svetlio the host did recommend some great hikes.

The breakfast could have had more variety and fresher options. No AC in the room so that can be challenging on warmer days.

The views are exceptional, the breakfest was one of the best I've ever had in hotels if not the best.

No A/C in the rooms and there was a connecting door to the near room (It's locked from both ways but still, I prefer not)

Everything is exceptional at the highest standards. Food is delicious and breakfast extremely tasty. Manager has been at our disposal at all times, always making guests feel special. Staff at Ice Angels hotel are very professional and friendly. This is one of the places which makes you comfortable and invites you to come back again and again.

Like - the location just next to the slopeDislikes - we had nothing in the room...the coffee and tea were not free in the room...nothing...from an very expensive hotel...quite a shame. Free coffee should be a must.The waiter quite impolite...refused to reserve a big table for our group for the dinner...we were 12. The noise each night from the machines that were working on the slopes to arrange the snow...well quite disturbing for some of us

Top location, ski-in ski-out. Clean and spacious rooms. Great restaurant and bar. Very attentive and welcoming manager, really tried hard to help us with all our requests. Perfect view on the mountains. Will definitely come back for our next stay!

The spa complex had some mold issues, but the dry sauna was great.

First impression was not great as it appeared we were checking in (3pm) as the receptionist was ending her shift and she made it clear this was an inconvenience. Generally speaking the food was average with one of our evening melas being very poor. It was end of season so very quiet so the normal evening buffet was replaced (understandably) with a menu offer, my Salmon was dry and way over-cooked, I complained to the duty manager, who advised he was not in the kitchen and could not do anything about it, no apology and poor response.The waiting staff who also manned the outside seating area were very friendly and obliging.

Spacious room with comfortable beds. The location is excellent! The staff were polite and very helpful. We loved the spa.

You cannot beat this hotel for convenience. Right on the piste and a few metres from one of the main lifts. Go out the back, turn right, and the ski hire/locker room is right next door. Couldn't be better. Food was basic but plentiful and good; would have liked an option for porridge at breakfast but that's me being picky. Car park was small in size but free for use which was great. They have a small gym, sauna, and pool in the basement which were also a lovely bonus.

It seems petty but we were charged for tea bags that they supplied to the room at the end of the stay. Really? Coffee I can understand - but teabags??

The location of the hotel is great, perfect for ski in and out! The quality of half board food was decent

1. It is located near to a really busy road with bars. Thus, it is really noisy during the night2. Careful! It is indicated that parking is provided! IT IS NOT ! We have been advised to park outside of the hotel and when we checked out, the police was waiting for us! We got a fine of 90bgn (46 €) even we had asked the receptionist and she ensured us that we can park there. I would advise to the hotel management that if there is limited parking in the hotel area, it should be indicated to the description. Finally, we asked the hotel to explain to us why we should pay for parking when it is included but we didn’t get an answer and they reject our request.

The parking area is next to the hotel. Very descent buffet breakfast and dinner. There’s an all day restaurant and drinks area with large windows facing the skiers and the beautiful mountains. Walkable distance to the center of Borovets. The room was spotless clean so was the bathroom!!! There is a mini bar and a coffee kettle in the room. I had a very relaxing massage and there is a sauna and a steam bath available. Very polite personnel at the restaurant!

The indoor swimming pool is barely large as a jacuzzi nothing to do with a pool. I would have liked a smile from the woman receptionist she was always very serious and it was a bit frightening..
