Practically, nothing. The front desk staff were dismal, impolite and one of them down right flippant.

The wi-fi did not work on my laptop, I had to use my phone as a hotspot to get internet, the shower water temperature fluctuated from cold to very hot by itself, reported it 3 times to no avail, the safe was shut upon my arrival and they told me it was standard procedure. After that, the receptionist took revenge by denying my request to cancel the last night of my week-long stay due to an emergency I had to take care of.

Great spa and pool. The room was massive and had a balcony with a sea view. The restaurant was also very good - excellent sea bass and great service. Underground parking was safe for my car and the property is right in the beach, close to lots of fun things in the town.

The air doesn’t seem to be on outside of summer months, so it gets very stuffy. Noise travels quite easily through the walls and door. There is no room service until 8pm.

My room had a view onto the bay and the view and air was wonderful. Breakfast was plenty and with fresh fruit and juice. I could take a walk on the beach in the morning. The food in the restaurant also with great view was simply delicious.

There was little and not so great bar service, but there are plenty of bars in town.

Beautiful and stylish room and bathroom and 2 balconys to the see? Fantastic breakfast? Good size towels?Polite staff?

Noises from other rooms until 23.30 was irritating when trying to sleep?

Loved the location, ocean view rooms, the breakfast, and the cleanliness. Checkin process and bellman were so helpful and welcoming. The massage therapists were fabulous.

Other than the amazing therapists and massages, the spa experience overall was extremely confusing and underwhelming. Typically when you visit the spa there is a more formal booking process with confirmation and expectations for the day. You also get a tour of the facility and directions. We were not provided typical spa expectations. We were not given towels or told what we had access to ie. sauna, steam room, etc.

The property overall is outdated but nevertheless kept in order and it add vintage flavor to the property being top notch in the eighties
