- The location is very good: very close to the city centre and far enough from the confusion. The staff is very professional and qualified. The hotel has an overall classic and elegant vibe which is not easy to find even in 5 star hotels. The breakfast is awesome. The SPA is extremely relaxing, silent and high quality.
Cons -
- After one night stay we decided to leave early and find a better property. We had to haggle with the staff to cancel the reservation. After our third discussion and talking with Booking.com they cancelled for us. Not sure how this property was a Trip Advisor favorite. No bell hop to help with luggage. Cars were having difficulty pulling in and so many people struggling to get luggage up the many steps. Crowded reception as 1-2 buses of older folks arrived when we did. Understaffed. The staff appeared exhausted and frustrated. Dated building and smelled like cat litter. They didn't tell us WiFi and we had no idea that we had a free breakfast. Felt like a Holiday Inn you would stay at on a road trip along I80. Not a 4 star in any way.
- Classic music would be a plus in the lounge.A welcome bottle of fresh water in the bedroom would also improve the guests experience.
- I think the room was missing a duvet. On the first day I had a blanket and from the second day onwards they took it away and I was left with just sheets. The sauna was not part of the hotel. I think the hotel lacked entertainment and the breakfast was nothing special. I think if I was looking for a spa hotel to relax in I wouldn't choose this one again.

good breakfast, confortable room and bedexcellent spa diversity of things to do, allows kids in some parts and some hours which is perfect to benefit all costumers. Highly recommended.
Very nice SPA hotel close to the beach in Sanxeno, huge comfortable bed and good breakfast. Good value out of season. Parking nearby
All good. No problems. Lots of security questions on arrival, with new Spanish rules.
The property has a great location, and the facilities including the spa were all well maintained. Staff was nice and friendly
Have stayed here twice. Both times excellent service. Best breakfast ever. Very nice landscaping and hotel amenities. Free parking on site.
everyone was very nice and the breakfast was amazing.the beds are very comfortable, the room has blinds so 0 sunlight comes in, and also has double doors the windows so no noise from outside. The rooms also have double doors on the hallway so you hear 0 noise from inside the hotel. All in all everything I this hotel has been perfectly designed.
the spa was a little bit overcrowdedNOTE TO EVERYONE COMMING TO SPAIN: it's is a national Law that the AC's Max Low Temp is 24⁰C, so if you are coming in on hot weather, it's no use complaining about the hotel when it is not their fault, it's the law. Everywhere in Spain
spacious room, good and well organized spa offer
the scrambled eggs for breakfast are not good, the bedroom's floor is with tiles, so not really comfortable
The Spa was excellent, clean, open and super relaxing. The breakfast options were good and the food was delicious. The building was classic and elegant, with all the expected modern amenities without losing it’s older charm.
The hours that the bar kitchen is open are too strict, we would’ve liked to have the option to eat earlier or later.
Good, choice of food .
Room was very tired and old fashioned , not 4 star .
Great experience, very nice staff, good facilities with large areas spread all over the hotel (both inside and outside), very close to the beach, but not too close to hear all the noises from the main road.
The pillows can be "improved" and more attention to the bathroom cleaning will always be a plus.
Excellent location. Very nice room. Excellent spa. Superb outdoor swimming pool
The staff was super nice, especially the "Cafeteria" lady (Natalia, if I'm not mistaken). The room was very spacious and comfortable, it had window shutters that blocked all the light, and the Minibar was well stocked. The spa area was very nice and quiet, seeing as you have to book a time to use it (the hot beds area was super relaxing). The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and everything was very tasty and constantly restocked by the staff. The gym was also well equipped. The hotel is very close to a beautiful beach and there is a very nice Italian restaurant nearby (Sorrento).
It was a little on the expensive side, especially if you want spa access. The restaurant dinner hours begin a little too late for us (20:30). It would be nice if they had more vegetarian options.
Decor was nice, although dining could do with updating. Spa was great!
The casual dining area was poorly manned, and very limited options for people arriving after lunch has concluded and prior to dinner which commences at 21:00 hour (9pm).
The bar in the cafeteria was fantastic. Gracious and caring staff members Great food and wone
The heater/air conditioner in the room was broken. I asked three times for someone to come and fix it. Nobody showed up. I registered my dissatisfaction on this mater at chrckiot
