The location and view from swimming pool

The facilities are very old and not properly cleaned. At the reception the smell is really bad. The room are very old fashioned and the garden are not well maintained, give a sensation of abandoned, especially in the room more faraway from the reception. The breakfast was terrible either way not fresh options, few fruits and salads are in poor condition. Unfortunately you have no options to choose to include breakfast and dinner but it was not good to eat it.

Breakfast and food in general were okay. Staff was always very nice but options were a bit limited. Location is very good near water etc. View from room wasnt bad but really amazing from pool and at breakfast.

The rooms and floors need to be refurbished... The floor was rising up in the humidity and I tripped a couple of times. The bathrooms were updated though.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Beautiful gardens and lovely, peaceful location. Bar area was lovely with amazing views. Room cleaning was good.

An extra blanket would have made it more comfortable. Labels to indicate meat or vegetarian food would be good. The dinners were way too late-8pm. Which meant we had to feed our children something before. We normally eat at about 5. The single use table cloths seemed very wasteful-could tables just be wiped clean?

Beautiful, quiet location. The view across the water to Ibiza is absolutely stunning. Lovely bar, staff throughout the hotel, friendly and attentive. Came away feeling chilled and relaxed. Would definitely return…..

While the room was comfortable and clean, the decor is a little tired and dated - maybe time for spruce up in the near future.

I had such a nice stay. The place is like a little village, with amazing views onto Ibiza. Also, since the flats are in little individual houses, you can’t hear the neighbours. It’s so quiet. The staff are very friendly too. Would happily stay there again

Would have liked a kettle, but that’s a detail. The fridge was already great to have.

Location grounds and staff excellent walks

Damp musty smell in the room. Bathroom had no extraction so the towels weee never dry and if you hung them in the room they smelt musty

The property is gorgeous, well-located and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. I absolutely love our stay!

The only thing I didn’t like much was the pool timings. It could open earlier and close a bit later considering the summer time.

The bar with view was incredible. Staff were especially nice and helpful in the bar - Juan and just one other person served all meals.

The rooms need a refresh. Many things were not available because it was the end of the season. It would be good to let visitors know that the restaurant, pool, and most food and drink options aren’t available.

The food wasn't always brilliant, however good value for money all things considered. No mirror in the bedroom, not good for three girls sharing a triple room ?

The value was unbelievable, an apartment for 3 and buffet breakfast and dinner included. Very happy

Maybe more things for kids

The location on the edge of the cliff was great, and the layout of the bungalows great for families, with a balcony opening onto the grass and pool area where the kids could run around.

It was the end of the season so maybe that's why, but the buildings were all a little run down, flaky paint etc and although there was a fridge in the room, the shelf was broken and there's no other facilities - kettle etc which would have been nice. The restaurant in the evening doesn't open until 8pm, which might be a bit late for small children.

The view from the terrace bar and pool area was stunning.The pool looked very inviting, but unfortunately we were not lucky enough with the weather to take advantage of it.The room price was OK, given that it included breakfast and dinner, otherwise it would have been overpriced for the standard of the room.The food was varied and of a good standard, and the staff were very attentive.

Our rooms (two standard rooms), whilst very clean, were very dated and, in our opinion, would benefit from an update.The complex is situated just outside of Es Pujols, so a 10 minute walk to the main town along the clifftops, which was fine for us as we enjoy walking and it is a pleasant walk. However, we always came back in daylight so not sure how practical that would be at night. Taxis are readily available though.

The location is perfect and the view from the restaurant and pool is out of this world, we were blown away! We had lunch, dinner and breakfast and couldn't fault anything. Also the cocktails in the pool bar were amazing!

The rooms are maybe a little "tired" in decor but we had a triple room which had plenty of space and a beautiful big terrace with sea views so overall, really really good!

i would really like if it was possible to have an early coffee. the only option was to go to breakfast place. i would really prefer to have kettle in the room or the bar to be open for a take away coffee

The location is beautiful. The pool area and its views are quite unique for the island. The hotel grounds/gardens are well kept and generally clean.

The biggest issue is the price and what you get for it. Yes it’s Formentera and yes it’s August. But what we paid (c.400€ per night) was not justified in the slightest. Food is poor, service and atmosphere of the restaurant is really hospital/canteen like. The rooms are totally outdated particularly for the price paid. The bathroom and especially shower was tiny. The beds are very uncomfortable. The rooms need a modern refurbishment and adding a smart TV (as the hotel has) is not enough.Also had a negative experience with reception when I asked if there was a quiet room to take an important work call for 30mins on the day of departure. Note there is a large conference room by the reception that was unused, but I was told under no circumstances would I be able to use it. Weird policy and awkward way to treat a customer that only has 1 request during their 5-day stay…All in all I would highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Amazing beautiful views, great pool, modern and clean restaurant and pool areas, friendly stuff, the territory of hotel is spacious with lovely gardens, very relaxing atmosphere in general.

The breakfast buffet had a very poor choice, basics things like scramble eggs or sausages were not there. Queuing up for half an hour for a basic fried egg and a bacon was not ideal.

It’s a pretty property with a nice view

Not well maintained. Shower drain was backing up. Toiled was leaking. Just lots of little maintenance things not done.
