Great location and views all round

The rooms are quite basic - could do with a picture or two on the walls

Bacon at breakfast wasn't the best but all the rest very nice!

Although we loved the location and the views were great, it lacked a little love in the decoration department, plants and planters could use a little revamp :)

The pool is very old fashion for this kind of hotel. I think they should consider to renew all the yard zone.

Room was tiny! Only for one.

The hotel is in a fabulous location surrounded by sea on 3 sides as it sits on a peninsula. The beach is sandy and the sea turquoise and clear. The rooms are adequate, not luxurious but all that you need for a beach holiday. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is lovely with fresh fruit, freshly baked pastries and a good selection on offer. It is in a quiet fairly secluded spot especially in the evenings although there is a walkway along the beach into Es Pujols which is a busy, thriving little town. During the day the beach directly outside the hotel's cafe is very popular with visitors which can make it tricky to get a sunbed. I first came here in 1984 and have returned many times since. This is my happy place and I love it here.

The first room we were allocated had very poor outside space and we had to ask to be moved. It can be difficult to find a free sunbed on the beach outside the hotel. The outside gardens and pool area would be markedly improved if the artifical turf was replaced with some nice sandstone.

Exceptional staff, perfect location and incredible views.

I would have liked a kettle in my room to make tea.

The fact the reception were so helpful particularly  Monica . Loved the way it was a little away from the crowd. Get room always cleaned well each day. Fab pool which was quiet. Wonderful breakfast. Awesome views from the hotel. Magic place thank you

Nothing all great

This was our second stay at Roca Bella and won’t be our last . We just love the location. Surrounded by sea on three sides. Always a free lounger around the pool. Friendly staff and spotlessly clean . We also ate every night in the hotel restaurant which is beside the beach .

Perhaps tidy the quadrangle area with some more plants .

Stunning location. Our suite had a big balcony with shade in the morning and evening. It ‘s too hot if there is direct sun. The views towards Ibiza were fabulous and the sunsets spectacular. Also very close to the beach.

It’s a bit far from the restaurants and shops but that goes with the piece. The housekeeping was a bit erratic. We had to keep reminding them about things. The staff didn’t seem very happy except for reception where they were lovely.

We didn't like having a room with the staff car park in front. This was a delux room. We had a microwave but no cups or plates.

Great location right next to the sea, very nice breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms looking at rhe sea.

The price is very high for a one star hotel which I guess is high everywhere in Formantera. Extra charge and deposit for the safety box is unnecessary.

Room was big with a huge balcony. Right next to the beach and nice pool

The bar and restaurant were not open at all day or evening. Not sure if just because it was early season but a real shame. I would have happily had a few drinks by the pool and dinner one evening. The town of very close with some lovely places but the walkway is not lit by the hotel so had to use my phone torch. Lucky I had it on me otherwise would have been quite scary!

fabulous location, with a short walk to restaurants and shops . beautiful beach right in front of the hotel with great views of the sea surrounding the hotel the staff were so friendly and helpful . sunbeds at the pool overlooking the sea , just idyllic .loved our stay here

Friendly staff, happy to help with everything, great tips for trips. Good breakfast, gluten free treats upon asking! Nice and cozy room, balcony with a nice view over the bay. Couldnt believe it’s just 1 star! Outside pool also very nice and clean. Sandy and nice beach right next to the doors to the hotel.
