Hotel Garni Alpenjuwel

Location is the best in Serfaus. Close to the lifts and right above the Ski-depot. Several ski rentals next to the hotel. Sauna and breakfast were good. The room was really large. Our room had an IR-Sauna. Mountain view. Amazing helpful staff.A nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, safe locker, TV in the room. Arkades, table tennis and some other stuff in the play room.

The small bedroom had lover temperature than the main room. A little dated furniture in the rooms. Sauna is only for adults and kids older 12.

Facilities are in great shape. Very good location close to slopes. Sauna is nice as well. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious.

Kitchen didn’t feel specifically clean upon arrival. I would expect at least salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar in a unit where you have a kitchen. There was no soap for washing dishes either. Water in spa showers could be colder for after sauna but overall just little improvements to be suggested.

Breakfast is the thing. The view is amazing. Location, ski lockers, parking. Basically anything you need is there and of the best quality.

Parking could be improved, disliked having to pass extra for a village tourist pass per person per day.

The apartment was quite big, very clean and had everything needed for comfortable staying. The hotel has even a couple of wallboxes for charging e-vehicals - nice surprise ..

Fantastic hotel with great location to the lifts. Best spot in whole village. Such a lovely village. Skiing was superb. This was our first time here and would definitely come back

Loved everything

They upgrade our rooms and it was very spacious in a big Appartment with a kitchen. The bathroom was big with shower and bath. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of variety, but did have an additional charge.

In the late evening we had the smell of cigarette smoke coming into our room and it was very disturbing. We suspect the neighbours were smoking in their room, but not sure where the smoke came from. As it was cold outside we could not sleep with the windows open all night to keep the smell out.

We stayed at one of the apartments, the apartment was very spacious, very well equipped. Although we stayed at the ground floor (that is -3 in fact), we had a fantastic view of the mountains. Great facilities at the hotel including sauna, fit centre, childrens playroom, teenagers playroom and what have you! The location of the hotel is fantastic as its few steps from the cable car and very close the the centre of the town, shops, bars, restauratns etc. Ample parking at the back of the property

Beautiful Hotel in a lovely area, enjoyed the wellness suite. delicious and high quality breakfast buffet. Would love to come back in skiing season. Arrived on the way home from a Dolomites Motorbike trip, having just spent the day in the soaking rain and having the evening, night and morning at the hotel was just what we needed to pick everyone's spirits back up. Very nice and helpful staff too.

Awful service , they kicked us ( family with 3 kids and a dog ) out of the restaurant because of the dog in a very rude way.. we can eat here in the lobby she said if we don't like the rules..???We booked a dog friendly hotel, we paid a full price for the dog ( more expensive than a dog hotel) .They had no other alternative option to leave the dog so one of us had to leave or put a baby dog alone in a expensive hotel apartment that he never been before.

This is already our second year at this place because we enjoyed it last year so much! needless to say, it was amazing! Location is fabulous, right next to the cable car, 3 minute walk. Also close to the shops. The apartment is so nice and airy with 2 balconies with a great view! Even though, it is in a hotel, it feels very private like a apartment in a building, which we loved. For kids, there is a whole amazing playroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definetely come again next year!

Everything was fine, verry nice hotel. But the stay was too expensive given the situation. We have been in other ski-villages in other 4* hotels that where as good as this one but for 3/4 of the prise AND breakfast and diner included.

No luggage room to store luggage after check in and going skiing. Luggage was just left in the lobby half a day

Perfect location close to the lift. Clean, good beds, good sauna, good breakfast and very friendly personnel.

Great location, clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Free parking is a great bonus for car travellers.

Tickets for cable cars to the mountains are sold by the hotel and we were told that they were included in the price but when we checked out this was not the case. This could have been a misunderstanding on my part, but a separate leaflet or board for services outside the hotel would be very helpful.
