The staff were amazing, they made the experience so good, all the staff especially Eva. Xx

An elevator would be great but we understand it’s not possible right now and we knew that before booking so it was not a surprise. Our bags were brought to our rooms on the 3rd floor no problem.

Rooms very sparsely decorated Pillows like concrete Brocken lamp shade One little bar of soap for two people for two days .. 1.5” in diameter Water bottles not replenished No elevator To use power outlet we had to reconfigure the beds

Lovely location , terrace overlooking the bay and marina, so always something to see.Very traditional small hotel , nice feel to it.

Tim's bar next door very noisey with customers out in the road up to 1.00amIncredibly inconsiderate to locals and hotel residents. Ear plugs for us next time

Hotel perfect location (Visit Ferns Tapas 2 minute walk fab!) Sitting outside the hotel looking over the port and onto the hills was lovely. Also the dining room again view lovely.

Rooms are basic - bed ok bathroom fine - it really works for the money though

The location

No lift . Breakfast chaotic . Not enough staff . Cold shower every morning . Told I couldn’t turn the aircon on low . One machine for tea and coffee queues out the door . I believe the hotel is up for sale and it shows .

No elevators!!!! Room was extremely overpriced for value. Bathroom towels were old, almost like rags, no hair dryer, overall very run down place.

I have stayed at the Brismar many times before, each time better than the last.Thank you very much to all the team!The room and the breakfast were fantastic as always, and the waterfront restaurant is phenomenal.

Lovely hotel. In the best location. Staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Starting their renovation but you wouldn’t even notice any noise or discomfort. Breakfast fabulous. Second visit for us and will definitely return.

The hotel was meant to have undergone a refurbishment, unfortunately it was more a cursory makeover and disappointing. The rooms were very basic, and cheaply furnished. More akin to a hostel. The door locks and handles all look like all felt like they could fail at any moment.

Generally staff pleasant. Breakfast nice.

Thought facilities very basic no hair dryer no safe in rooms. Locks on bathrooms didn’t really work. Generally needs a refurbishment tired looking. On arrival receptionist a bit miserable no welcome drink which we had read about! Told us to take it up with the boss!

superb location, clean, quiet, even though the activity is right outside the hotel perfect swim spots within walking distance, fantastic food on premises and off. a great value.

Bedroom quite basic, very simple shower with low flow, located in a small bath with a plastic curtain.Small bath towels of poor quality.Hard bed, even harder pillows. One central light, no side lights.Balcony overlooking the car parkNo liftBar closed for refurbishment, we think. Not mentioned when we we booked.

Location was perfect, right on the water and surrunded by restaurants and bars, carpark at the back for just 5 Euros per day was great too. Lots of beaches nearby. Breakfast ws delicious, and lovely to sit on the front terrace overlooking the water and watching the early morning goings about of the local people. We loved having a sea view balcony too.

We were on the 3rd floor and there is no lift!

The rooms were nice and clean, the elevator was not working which triggered a lower rating. Very nice surrounding, exceptional view when taking breakfast outside and finally an parking directly at the hotel

The location is brilliant and i had the ses view which helped the overall rating. Staff was sweet and nice breakfast.

If the rooms was upgraded this could be a luxe hotel. One night for 220 without a renovated room is fairly expensive.

The hotel is a little out fashioned, in a great location. Some front of house didn't speak English

Location perfect, in the middle of the restaurants and bars, amazing view, room very clean, large beds, comfy linen, staff excellent, lovely breakfast with exceptional views. Great value for the perfect spot in Port d’Andratx.

Hotel in places is a little tired but keeps in line with the traditional feel character of old building so I was fine with that. Rooms are a little noisy.
