Lovely hotel with super friendly staff! I enjoyed the extra sports classes, especially Salsa with Alex!

Property has no ocean view

The breakfast was really worthwhile we very much enjoyed it. We loved the room and the view was beautiful!

Dinner portions for the wok special was disappointing, a good portion of our party wound up having to order a second meal as we were starving. The dinner bill was pretty expensive given the portions. The hot tub water could have been a touch warmer, the water was very lukewarm.

Very relaxing, complimentary spa, no need for a car - taxi service always ready and available via the front desk concierge. Breakfast and service was exceptional

Amazing check in experience and great pool and room. We wanted to stay longer but it was sold out

Breakfast was great and the location was very conveinent.

Some part of the facilities seemed a little dated.We had too little time to enjoy the resort completely.

Broken/marked toilet seat. Toilet roll holder falling off the wall. Small hole in the wall in the bedroom. Menu for dinner and snack bar should be more readily available to view. Maybe include more tapas style snacks in the pool bar menu

Very friendly staff, nice pool. Nice to have a spa and gym, but some machines were out of order. Also, when we were there, there were unfortunately no sports classes that they seem to usually offer.

Very nice breakfast buffet, rooms are comfortable, good location, easy parking and friendly staff. Pool and sauna and fitness centre are also nice when you come back after a day of exploring - although sauna and gym are a bit outdated and some machines in the gym and some parts of the sauna were out of order.

Our bathroom door must've been broken because it did not easily close and one of the two adjoining doors separating our room from the adjecent room was broken and did not close. And while upon checkin we got a schedule of sports classes for the week, when we wanted to go they did not take place and upon inquiring at the reception we were told that there were no classes for the day and also the following day. Pool, spa and gym are unfortunately only open until 8.00 p.m.

The sports activities were extraordinary: yoga, calisthenics, mobility flow, and the state of art - salsa lessons, which were so much fun! All of the classes were lead by Alex Melo - a very talented dancer and athlete, and a person of a wonderful kindness. My husband and I now can enjoy salsa dancing after only 3 sessions! All the staff members were lovely - a special thank you do Danil at the restaurant, and Alexandra at the reception. Great food and facilities as well!

This was our first time here, and we loved it all! The staff was amazing, the food was really good and had a lot of variety, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. We are very thankful to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable! Thank you!

The outdoor pool and the inside spa facilities. Staff was super helpful. The place is like a small oasis away from main road, restaurants, etc. Yet public transport is available to visit Palma, Santa Ponca and Sant Elm. Room clean up every day.

I didnt realize it was quite away from the airport when booking, also there is no proper beach at walking distance.

One of our favorite hotels so far.Staff is really friendly,breakfest is amazing.I could write a book how our trip to Mallorca was excellent.I need to note bartender Aleksandar from Macedonia,he makes best cocktails on the Island.We will definitely come back to this place.

Fantastisk staff. The girls in the reception were amazing. So helpful and sorted out a quick change of our room to an amazing room with garden and double terrace.Always friendly and with a smile. The bar and bar manager was awesome. A bartender that knows his stuff. Wonderful cocktails. Big thanks to them for a wonderful evening. .

consumables need restocking like coffee and milk pods. also mini bar slow to restock.Breakfast is great but the coffee machines don't make great coffee

Lovely hotel short walk away from local harbour. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.

Initially put in a very old outdated room that looked nothing like the pictures, stayed one night then spoke to reception and got moved to the actual room we'd booked. Bit disappointing start given the money we spent however had a nice stay overall

Well located resort of good size (not too large.) Staff was very friendly and helpful in all aspects of the stay. In the off season (April) I thought this was great value for money.

Parking lot fills up by late afternoon, but was able to find street parking directly out front both days.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great choices for breakfast. Beautiful harbour with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Bus stop to Palma and other destinations close by. We enjoyed a lovely few days at this Hotel.
