Universal Hotel Aquamarin

Location, location, location. Stunning views, perfectly placed in the middle of two beautiful beaches. The hotel restaurant food was delicious as well. Very nice spa.

Surprised there was an extra charge to use the hotel lounges at their beach club. That was the only occasion we have encountered that.

Beach & lounge areas, close to town, breakfast, helpful staff, room view, welcome drink was nice.

Room size kind of small, cost of sun beds(thought it should be included), had to wait for check in.

The pictures don’t even do this property justice. It’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The views are exceptional from all the rooms, the facilities are great and the hotel is situated on a white sand crystal clear water beach. We will be back and highly recommend to anyone visiting Mallorca. It’s worth the drive from Palma!

Location of the hotel is nice, food & breakfast is average

Despite being hotel guests, we were surprised to learn that sunbeds and umbrellas incur an additional charge of €50 per person. This feels misleading, especially since these amenities are prominently featured in the hotel’s promotional images as part of the overall experience.To add to the disappointment, our room had a noticeable hygiene issue—a stain in the toilet upon arrival—which was unacceptable for a hotel

Location is nice for families, it's a bit far from everything, and the view is very nice even though the hotel is spotless but very expensive for what you get, paying for the sunbed extra was very disappointing since it belongs to the hotel , lunch and dinner menu doesn't have a lot of variety, staff are friendly especially the manager she's amazing .

The private beach was a huge highlight, and our room was a great size with amazing views. The hotel offered a large breakfast spread and was conveniently located near many restaurants and markets. We appreciated the discount on beach club beds, the fantastic restaurant, and the live entertainment in the evenings. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the entire experience — from the friendly staff to the peaceful setting — made for an incredibly calm and relaxing stay.

Very welcoming staff. And courteous. The manager was very accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Decent spa and weight room. Room with a view was 8.5/10. Sunset from the balcony: 10/10. Beautiful location in Sant Elm, a small town with friendly locals and good restaurants.

This was an expensive stay. At about €450 per night with breakfast, I would have expected a bit more finesse, and exclusivity. The hotel umbrellas are ridiculously expensive compared to the 2 beaches on either side of the hotel. Dinner was not great - cold plates and staff, although courteous, lack professionalism.

The location and rooms are top notch. Waking up to the sound of the waves crashing was amazing.

The one minus point is the price of the sun loungers.

Great location. Superb room.Sun loungers were 20 euros a day.....each! In the hotel!! This really is not on as there is no other outside space to the hotel. Please be aware of this before you book. It can amount to double the cost of the flight if you stay for a week!

Recently renovated hotel, beautiful and consistent style, very clean, rooms were nice and balcony was huge. Breakfast superior. Gorgeous view and cozy location.

Faultless Stay. The food is fantastic, such a wide selection for half board and breakfast (never had a breakfast that good before) and it was all really high quality and cooked well. The room was clean, tranquil and the view with the balcony was beautiful. We loved hearing the sea every morning. Spa area was great. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend staying here.

Not the best breakfast of all hotels we stayed at. Eggs cold, both. Ordered pancakes, received cold. Did not see yogurt. More fruits.

Loved the view from the room looking out towards the sea. The hotel staff were very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast options in the morning were plentiful and delicious!

Fantastic hotel on the beach with superb staff - Sergio at the beachside lounge area was wonderful. Staff was super friendly, special touch by greeting you with a cava.
