Loved the location. Loved the breakfast.

Miscommunication with check in lead to some issues. Staff could be more accommodating and friendly. The drink token system. And the drinks were weak.

Good location

Didn’t like the food and drinks. The extra money we paid for the drinks and snack bar was not worth it.

The pool and the beach location were fantastic. And the staff were so wonderful and accommodating.

My only small thing is that the vegetarian/vegan options for dinner were very small (Breakfast and lunch were much easier to make a full meal).

This was the last minute booking which turned out great. There is a direct bus from the airport to the hotel. If you travel light you save some money. There is airco in the bus, so pretty comfortable (but true - long) ride. Approx an hour. You walk literally 5 mins from the bus stop to the hotel. There was a great variety of food for breakfast - egss of all kinds, bacon, sausages, pancakes, cerial, yougurts, you name it... Same for dinners - lots to chose from. A few bars offered drinks throughout a day.Our room had a side seaview and we enjoyed it form the balcony.Rooms were cleaned very well. There are a couple supermarkets next to the hotel where you could grab a sandwich or a fruit, etc. There are a few cafes/bars/restaurants in the neighborhood. Conveniently next to the hotel there are 2 beaches - one - sandy, one - pebbels. One word of caution - there is a smell in the area that you could sometimes feel. Not at all related to the hotel, felt more where the sand beach is. So we just went to the pebbled beach (to the right of the hotel), closer and cleaner. If you want to do the sights, Palma is just 25 mins away by bus. Palmanova, 15 mins, etc

Internet could be better. I would love to see a better selection of vegetables at dinner. None was critical though. Enjoyed our break!

Excellent stay! The location is ideal, the food was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. Everything was great – highly recommend!

The breakfast and dinner was good. The selection was varied and changed every night.

The lunch is a waste of time, very bland and not in the restaurant - it’s in the pool bar so just burgers/ plain food. We didn’t have lunch at all or drinks (because the q was too long) even though we got all inclusive. The public toilets continuously had no toilet paper, soap and were dirty. The bar area was very unclean and there is limited staff so I had to go reception and ask the receptionist to clean as there was no one there. The beach also smelt so bad due to the sulphur- not the hotels fault but a warning that it’s not pleasant.

Beautiful scenery with the beach and the hills behind the pool. Good facilitys, pool is good, adult section of sun beds is good and the spa is top!

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Really kind in helping us arrange a nice surprise dinner for our parents as it was their anniversary.

Most of the rooms seem to have twin beds instead of a standard double. This was not very comfortable.

Views were ? ! Hotel lobby was airy and modern. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Drinks good quality. Staff lovely.

Tokens to buy a drink. Kept forgetting them in the room and had to purchase more. Didn’t get them all refunded after only the one we purchased on arrival.

There is an opportunity to improve hygiene standards in the sauna for a more comfortable experience.

I had a truly amazing stay at this hotel! The view from the window was absolutely stunning — a real highlight of the trip. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from the very beginning.The food was delicious and varied every day — there was always something new and tasty to try. A huge thank you to the team for helping us organize our event — everything went smoothly and perfectly!The entire place is spotless and very well maintained. The furniture is new, stylish, and adds to the overall cozy atmosphere. One of my favorite features was the indoor heated pool — such a relaxing bonus.Located right on the beachfront, with direct access to the sea — you can’t beat the location. It was a perfect experience from start to finish, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great food! Lovely hotel, facilities and location.

Drinks in the all inclusive were not good at all and staff bar not very friendly, especially if compared to everyone else that were great!

Breakfast was good. Expected olives but only green ones.

Having water in the sauna and in the rooms. Using tokens are good idea but we shouldn't have to pay for it. Location n views are amazing on the coast. Close to shops.

Liked location, seaview,cleanliness, and staff Didn't like deposit for everything, even your drink glass. tin hat was euro to weigh your case. Very slow checkin. Whilst the hotel had the possibility of being a 4 star, I would rate it less because of all the bureaucracy.

The location was incredible!!! We loved our sea view balcony. Great facilities and fun entertainment!
