    Pros +

    • Whimsical property , vibrant colored rooms . Host was extremely nice and helpful . Food was very good . They accommodated our bikes .
    • Location was perfect for our Camino. The reception by Kiko was wonderful. So friendly. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Laundry for 5 euros was a bonus. Food was good although
    • The location worked for us doing the Camino and we were met with a warm welcome and we found the room comfortable. We're not quite sure how this place works as there is a hotel side and the Auberge. On the food side they appear to operate separately and we ate dinner and breakfast in the Auberge both were excellent but the dinner was really good and all the better for the presence of the wonderful chef.

    Cons -

    • Staff preparing meal were a bit grumpy.
    • Nada
    • The lack of communication and fact that although the picture of the place was inaccurate, their phone wasn't working and they also didn't communicate through booking or refund me when I requested through booking. This is why I hesitate to use resources like these, because you pay upfront and then have to cross your fingers. I would not recommend booking this hotel.

The most faboulous welcome from the hosts, very nice room and bathroom, super calm, good dinner, one of my best nights on the Camino.

Nothing - the place was incorrectly advertised, the staff didn't answer the phone or emails when I attempted to communicate. I was not able to stay there, because the place didn't exist. They of course charged me and would not answer any communication that I sent trying to solve any of the issues that I had.

staff, clean rooms, good vibe, very accommodating

there wasn’t consistent heat in the rooms

    10KathrynPosted on: 10-29-2022

Communal, friendly atmosphere, inspired by our host, Ingo. The dinner, cooked by Ingo - which featured a very large, beautiful beef rib - looked and smelled so good, but we were already too full to partake. So we sat with the others around a large table and visited and laughed while they ate.

In speaking with other guests, we found out we were charged more than they were for the same breakfast, which was a little odd, but also a little humorous.

    Poor

I made a reservation for a room with two beds and a bath. They gave me a room with four beds and a shower. When I wanted to know why the owner started yelling at me.
