Excellent location in the main plaza. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast buffet was lovely.

Very central! Cafes surround the square and there’s a grocery there as well!

The clock tower goes all night long! Really disturbed our sleep. Had a skylight so really could not enjoy the view! The living room was stark, sofa in pretty bad condition, no window, so it was dark!

Loved the comfortable bed. My room was very quiet. I had a great view of the plaza.

I did not like the food. The beans were too salty. The salmon was not cooked enough. The flan seemed to be dissolving on the plate.

The A/C room 212 did not work properly. I kept putting it down and it kept going to 24.9 degrees

Wondeful location facing a plaza (Plaza Espana) where a beautiful city hall (El Reloj de los Maragatos) locates. The building (extenal and internal) was that of a proper "hotel". Staff speaks English fluently.

There wasn't anything we did not like.

Great basic hotel accommodations. Great buffet breakfast, super shower, quiet room, very clean and centrally located.

Had hoped for a bathtub. Think I might have had a handicap room.

Location couldn't be better. We arrived by car, entering the garage from a back street. When we exited the hotel through the front door we found ourselves right at Plaza Mayor! From there it was just a few minutes' walk to the Palace Gaudí (our reason to visit Astorga) and the cathedral.Garage at the propriety. Breakfast very good for a 3-star hotel. Not at 4-star level, but very good indeed. Amenities waiting for us in the room, like chocolates, a shaving razor with cream, and more. Restaurant at the hotel open to the square.

There was a sign pointing to the direction to the garage but a second sign indicating the actual street would have been welcomed. Air conditioning would not heat over a set temperature and I needed use a blanket (from the room closet) for the night. Yet, those details did not diminish my pleasure to stay at the hotel.

Location

No hot water at arrival. Internet not working. Brown water out of shower had to let it run forever to try and clear it. Informed staff. No one contacted us about it.

Absolutely PERFECT location & very nice rooms.

We paid for the breakfast the next morning & it was OK, but I think the pics on Booking.com elevated our expectations.

Large hotel right on the main square! The room was large and we had a view of the square.Breakfast provided a good range of food choices, although it was disappointing we could not get a meal there on the night we stayed. We were told of options near by.Staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel in an ideal location. We had amenities we haven't seen in a long time like toothbrushes and the shave kit. Small things, but a very nice touch. The bar was great, the beds were comfortable and the balcony overlooking the Plaza was a plus.

A little tired for the price but nice for a stay in Astorga

The staff at this hotel have been friendly and helpful both times I’ve stayed here. Check in was easy. The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable! Bathrooms have bidets and a full range of toiletries is available on demand. There is underground parking available with an elevator to the lobby. Directions to the hotel are signed on the main road into Astorga so its easy to find. Location on the main plaza is fun and lively during the day and quietens down at night.

The hotel is close to a clock tower and the bells are quite loud. Light sleepers might want to ask for rooms at the back or on the courtyard.

The location is incredible, and the food and staff were even better!

If you are a pilgrim and doing laundry, you cannot dry it on the balcony due to city restrictions as it is in the main city square.
