Beautiful hotel, modern yet you can see the castle, the location is amazing btw. Staff was super friendly and helpful, they gave me so good recommendations for restaurants and the surroundings. Free parking is a plus!

Amazing interior, close location to castles and Festspielhaus. Breakfast was also very delicious.

Its location is gorgeous; you need to get there by car though.

Young lady on front desk was fun, helpful and very efficient

Our waitress for supper appeared very unhappy with us and we felt she wanted us out of the bar and restaurant as quick as possible.We tried our best to be be friendly but she appeared not to like us . We appreciated it was a Sunday night but we specifically booked here as it had a restaurant and was open-disappointing

The staff were so friendly, the hostess booked us in and served us breakfast the next day. The place was very quiet and peaceful it felt like we were the only guests, though there were many for breakfast. The room was nicely decorated and felt fancy. The 'castle' has a lot of history and it was very interesting looking around all the old rooms, nice extra!

The bells nearby rang early in the morning but if you have the windows closed they were not a bother. The place was a bit secluded, the town was nothing to look at.

Friendly staff. Shower was great. Breakfast was very good.

Very quiet location, nice environnement, nice Schloss garden. Breakfast was excelent. By bike you can reach Füssen, nice tour.

The bathroom was clean, but can be renovated.

There are a lot af mosquitos and wasps, also in the rooms. We haven't noticed anything to avoid these difficulty by the hotel. During our stay there was a wedding party in the hotel, nobody has informed us about, I can tell you, it wasn't quiet at all and because the rooms don't have airco, you had the choice, or a very hot room, or a lot of noice, cigaretsmook and mosquitos. So sleeping was very difficult.

Beautiful place, unfortunately we arrived late in the evening and had to leave early, but definitely thinking about going back again.Amazing beds, nice bathroom, very nice staff!

Location 15min from Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. Nice breakfast at outside garden and interior of the old part of the castle. Free parking.

Staff not that mannered as you would expect at this price range. I saw them walking away and turning their back to a customer while she was still talking to the staff.

Great castle, comfortable room, easy parking, great beakfast. Close to several mountains. Königscard offers a lot of possibilities to do nearby.

Would be great to have an electric kettle in the room.

The location, close but not too close to the main tourist spots, the rolling green hillsides.

The weather during our stay was unfortunately not the best, so we couldn't enjoy walking and exploring the neighbourhood.

Nice stay. As we arrived very late and had to leave early enough to loss the breakfast, we didn’t experience the castle very mich, but the room was huge and comfortable.

The location was beyond beautiful. The building itself is lovely, and the room was fantastic -- it was huge! The bed was huge! The bathroom was huge! I wish we'd stayed more than one night because I feel like I didn't get to make the most of it. I also loved that they let us poke around the castle, and I loved learning about the connection to computing history.
