Polite helpful, friendly staff.

Great location. Walkable to everything. Lovely spacious room. 2 swimming pools and a kids pool. The lifeguard was brilliant playing with the kids. Nothing not to like and would stay again

It would have been better if the bar/cafeteria served snacks. It is too hot for us to eat a full meal at lunch time we just wanted something light to eat by the side of the pool

Very clean hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast excellent.Quiet but convenient location.

Evening menu needs more attention to detail. On one night the first course and the second course had chips which is bad planning. The swimming pools are only open between June and September, not a problem for us but should be shown online under facilities.

Ok for the price. Breakfast ok. Pillows could be softer for a better sleep. Clean.

The room was lovely. Clean, comfortable bed, good shower, great terrace view.

Staff spoke only Spanish. The hotel wasn’t full so dinner was served in the bar! Not a carvery, so no choice or refills and it was freezing cold! Breakfast was a bit better.

Very good value for money (15/03/2025). Reception lady on arrival was very helpful; the lady on departure was friendly too. Quiet location just a minute's walk from the sea (albeit we didn't go to the sea). Plenty of free street parking which felt safe. Large, spacious, clean, well equipped room with balcony and shutters (blocking out the light perfectly to sleep). Hot, hand-held shower in bath with good water pressure. Plenty of wardrobe space. Great lighting options. Good TV. Comfortable temperature.Request for double bed was accommodated, and appreciated.

For the price paid, no complaints but...There was an annoying constant sound of something like water flowing through a pipe though it eventually stopped at around midnight.Noise from the corridor wasn't good but thankfully stopped throughout the night and it was then quiet.There was no vertical rail for the shower head - which is something I'd expect from a 4* hotel.The mattress was marginally softer than I'd like - feeling like it may need replacing.

Room very big, warm and shower hot as the stay was in March it was chilly outside but the hotel was lovely and warm

Breakfast was poor cold food which should have been hot.Grumpy staff on Breakfast duty, sat at table which had only 3 chairs and there was 3 of us told to move as table was for four? She was not very friendly and very grumpy.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Being low season not fair to criticise some lack of amenities amenities.

The only real negative we would comment on is that you could not change the TV into other languages.

The restaurant was absolutely dreadful. We knew their may be a menu instead of a buffet. The meals were served in the hotel bar and not the restaurant. The food given was leftovers warmed up from previous dishes. Day 1 a coliflour dish was a starter on day 2 it was served as a side with fish. On day 1, chocolate cake was served as mixed cake on day 2. Options were not good and of extremely small portions, even small for a child.I was celebrating my birthday on day 1 and was extremely dissatisfied as we booked a 4 star hotel and expected the food to be of a good standard. Breakfast was poor too a tressel table set up in bar with mainly bread and cakes NO full breakfast .This hotel lacks atmosphere, and staff are not polite. We were not even asked if we enjoyed our stay.Well, the answer is NO WE DID NOT, and I had an awful birthday we will not be returning.

Lack of facilities for tea and coffee. A kettle with tea and coffee in the room would be great.

No breakfast choice at 1000 (breakfast till 1030). Very unpleasant receptionist.

Very good value for money. Very nice large room with sea view, clean and comfortable, with good wifi. I took breakfast, a good spread for a reasonable price.

Contrary to the blurb, the hotel restaurant was closed (off season), but there was a good one nearby. The hotel is set in a large villa estate, which I thought rather dull, and there's not much around in the way of shops or bars. But no complaints at all about the accommodation.

When we arrived on a Thursday afternoon we were told the restaurant was not open that night and no restaurants nearby. I would say this is a 3 star hotel not a 4 star. Food in restauant ok but not outstanding.

Excellent top floor sea view room. Clean spacious room with good housekeeping.

Hotel food options not great as out of season so kitchen open for an evening meal and little choice. Baked fish too dry and the desert 'Fruta' consisted of an underripe apple.

Room size was good and the hotel was clean.

15 euros per person for dinner was a joke. The choice and quality of food on offer was not good. No tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast was passable but no real attempts to prevent flies from flying on open food items. Under-staffed in as much as person reception also had to tend to the bar services. Location was ok to the beach but remote from supermarket.
