Sea view and atmosphere

The location is amazing, and the vibe it conveys is an exception compared to the surrounding area. We were welcomed with a graceful and helpful attention at a very late check-in time, exceeding our expectations. The communication is easy, and the warm hospitality of Andrea, Alessandro, Fabio, Tessa, and all the staff is very appreciated. The pool is neat, sunny, and perfectly maintained daily, and the beach is just one of the many within walking distance, or a couple of minutes by car. Well recommended, on my fav list.

Nothing more than a couple of tweaks that can be corrected with a small retouch to be exceptional every day.

The structure is absolutely beautiful but needs some additional maintenance. It was however very clean.

Fantastic location with great facilities - access to the sea, seawater swimming pool, pool bar. We had a lovely room with a huge balcony with stunning views of the sea. Staff were all so pleasant and helpful.

The big seawater pool by the sea and the proximity of its location to the old town.The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable.

Too expensive for what it offers.The hotel has a 70s style and that is fine but you can see in some of the facilities that they could do with a change e.g. the bathroom. Also our room didn't have a big mirror.Finally, the breakfast option is mainly cakes and sweets and offers a poor selection of vegetables, eggs, meats or cheese options

Perfect location for a vacation. Sandy beach almost next door. Great swimming pool. Really good breakfast.

The location is very good. There is free parking on the premises.

- non drinkable water. When we arrived we were informed there was a problem with water and it was essential not to waste it. For this reason I asked if water was drinkable and they answered it was not and we had to buy our mineral water. I wonder, if I hadn’t asked would I have been left drinking non drinkable water? I travelled in over 100 countries and where ever water is not drinkable hotels give you water for free. - There is a swimming pool but it closes at 6.30 pm (in Summer!). Not only, we were told that we could not even swim in the sea in front of the hotel because there was no life guard!…. Of course we swam all the same. I guess that when you arrive at a hotel at Circeo at 6, you do want a nice swim.- Breakfast is typical old-style Italian, lots of sweets, a small dish of unattractive cheese and salami, no choice of cereals, juice out of a bottle (no fresh juice). Not a four-stars breakfast.- The bathroom has no shampoo or conditioner. The soap dispenser on the wash basin was very hard, I could get soap only squeezing with two hands and then of course I had no third hand to collect the coming soap…

ocean front, parking, clean, renovated rooms , very nice and helpful staff. we are a family of six and they had all our rooms close together.

the standard rooms facing the back were too expensive for the size. The breakfast selection needs to be improved..
