Naturhotel Leitlhof

The meals at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, you really need to get room and board. Dinner was a 5 course meal every night and breakfast was lovely with egg and protein options (not always easy to find in Italy). They were also able to accommodate my dairy free restriction. Spa facilities are great, very beautiful but the best ones are in the adult only area so you must be comfortable being nude. We also received massages which were very nice, more relaxing than therapeutic but still worth it. We used hiking poles for a Tre Cime hike which was so nice not to have to travel with our own or worry about buying there. They even provide a backpack in case you don't have one in every room. Overall highly recommend!!!

The temperature in the room was very warm at night and there is no air conditioning so the only option was to open the door at night to cool it down. It was late fall when we were there so that was fine, not a lot of bugs but seems like an oversight. They also don't have a traditional style hot tub in the spa. they have whirlpools which aren't very hot with jets and then a pool that is very hot but they don't have a hot tub with jets which we found a little odd. They make up for it with the variety of saunas and other facilities. It was also a little annoying that the pools and spa are not open after dinner.

it is hard not to like this hotel. The hotel is modern, the staff are friendly and competent. they do things like have a snack timed in the afternoon. the spa facilities are amazing. The food is exquisite. The room had plenty of space and was spotless. there were no downsides that I could think of.

WOW! The hotel exceeded our expectations. We came by car and it was very easy to find. Lots of parking. The facilities were amazing, the view from our balcony looked like a painting. The meals were beautiful, the staff was kind and attentive, the pool/saunas were cleaned and had the same breathtaking view. We stayed during full moon and we sat on our balcony and watched a full moon hiking tour roam the mountains by flashlight. We truly wish we had planned a longer stay.

Location is amazing, the facilities at the hotel is really good. The view from the hotel room is stunning. The receptionist “Katharina” was really helpful and provides exceptional service. We had a car accident on our way to San Candido and Katharina help us to communicate with Sixt team to arrange car pick up and find alternative travel solution to Florence for us.

This hotel was phenomenal and I was truly sad to leave. From the incredible food at breakfast, snack, and dinner, to the amazing spa and pool facilities, I enjoyed my time here immensely and would return in a heartbeat. The Staff go above and beyond, they're so kind and helpful. I also rented an e-bike for the day, only 35 Euro compared to 55-75 when you go to a private company. They have activities scheduled, tons of recommendations. All around perfect hotel.

I guess the only thing is that getting into San Candido isn't easily walkable, although it is... and they offer a shuttle into town. So really nothing bad to say.

The dinner - the food was not good

A great hotel for the price. We had paid more to be in nother spa hotels during our Dolomites stay, but the spa was just as nice or nicer than many of them. Beautiful warm pools with a great view, steam rooms etc. In addition the main pool was long enough to actually swim in. Our room was extremely large, with a couch in it, which was a big surprise and very nice. It also had a deck with a view of the mountains. They were also some nice touches like a free drink when you show up, your choice of aperol spritz etc. They had some free food at tea time, though none of it looked all that appetizing.

Only complaint was not their fault, that You could hear the highway from some of the areas facing the he mountains

Outstanding experiences are included that you must enjoy! We loved the hiking tours and the sauna “Aufguss” performance, delivered by lovely staff.

The layout is a little weird when getting from rooms 120## over to the restaurant and sauna. Confusing and weird but you’ll figure it out after a few tries!

Excellent food, views, facilities, and staff.

It felt like we were the youngest people staying at the hotel by a few decades other than a few other groups we saw.

Wonderful hotel – truly deserving of 5 stars!We wish we had been able to enjoy it more, but we had a wedding to attend and couldn’t take full advantage of everything.We definitely want to come back! The saunas are excellent, the dinner was exceptional, and the breakfast incredibly complete.Service was absolutely outstanding!

The hotel is expensive but it is worth it. Especially the outdoor pool and the adult wellness area. The restaurant is also outstanding.

The lighting in the room. No bedside reading lights for reading books.

Juacusi doesn’t work on next day And we tried to make the check out at 12 but they told us not possible

The property is well located and the views are amazing. All sauna and spa facilities are well maintained and clean. The staff is really friendly.

The opening times of the sauna and the outside swimming pool could be longer.

Everything - the arrival process was super smooth and welcoming. Breakfast was 10/10 and we also had dinner at the restaurant which exceeded all expectations. Very welcoming atmosphere from all staff. Spa is exceptional

The nude spa - a bit uncomfortable for most and this should really be a choice for people

This place is a gem - what a stay!!!!Swimming in heated pool over looking the mountains was such an amazing experience. They have 2 whirlpools/ hot tubs, one massive heated pool outside, one good sized pool inside for all to use. Then they have a section adults only with another whirlpool, smaller heated outdoor pool, sauna, steam bath and spa. There's also a kids area. The breakfast was amazing and so was dinner. I recommend that you book half board. If you're lucky to find this place available, don't hesitate ' - it's worth it!!!

It's impossible to fault the hotel in anything

I liked the fact that property had an amazing view and the food itself was a different topic; such an amazing food that could take your breath.

I didn’t like about the property that all saunas were nude and common; something not typically that we are conformable with.Also what we didn’t like is that during one night somebody were filming the food and next day in the daily newspaper from the hotel - there were an announcement saying that people should not use phones during dinner.
