Pros +
- Everything was absolutely breathtaking—from the moment we entered the hotel until the very last minute at checkout. The staff were exceptionally professional and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel manager is truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. There’s no doubt that the excellence in every detail is a reflection of their leadership. Wishing them all the very best! We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay.
- Disappointing

Cons -
- The layout of the internal part of the hotel is a little strange. You are greeted to a lovely hallway on entering the building but the reception is out of the way on the right. The room, a junior suite had a huge bed. But it was such an odd layout. The TV is not near the bed, there was 2 random pieces of art which looked more bdsm than art on one side and nothing in any other walls. 2 random dressing tables and a fridge that isn’t used as well as a fitted wardrobe from IKEA. The room was clean enough, but my partner went to have a bath and the water came out yellow. On draining the bath water the bottom was filthy, we told reception the next morning. The room was so cold that luckily we had blankets. It was the most expensive of the 7 hotels that we stayed in and definitely far from the best.
- At the restaurant, the dishes chosen instead of the complete menu, are slightly scarce.
- Nothing at all

Location, clean rooms, environment, kindness.
At the restaurant, the dishes chosen instead of the complete menu, are slightly scarce.
Location, staff and atmosphere. The hotel honor is a-great lady..she facilitated my stay with kidz and supported me all time despite of being busy..her staff was well selected. Special thank to breakfast staff like Mr. Elia and Mrs. Costela
Nothing at all
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very cute and intimate.
There’s no reason this hotel should cost so much. $400 is quite honestly ridiculous.
We spent two nights here while visiting the Dolomites. We did not spend too much time in the hotel but this place is pretty special. The building is pretty cool mostly made out of wood. It makes it feel like a private cabin. The Location is really pretty, a bit outside of the noise of the near city. Our room had a really nice view to the woods.Staff where always helpful and really nice, with a smile in their face.
Not much to say here.
الموقع ممتاز والمرافق نظيفة
The employees weren't honest ، They wrote a misleading advertisement about the presence of laundry inside the room , Then they said that washing is not free but for 20 euros , And after we washed all our clothes, they said the laundry was for 60 euros. They also do not have a luggage service for rooms
Breakfast and the homemade herb water
