Booking reservation was at 65€ and i was requested 74€. I did not context at once as I was not sure but later I check my reservation and found this gap.

Perfect location, friendly staff and clean facilities. Great nights sleep and woke to a good spread for breakfast.

Staff were friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There were extra pillows. There was aircon.When I arrived the receptionist did not have my booking but did her best to sort something out. I believe this could have been the fault of Booking.com but not sure. Anyway, I was not turned away.

There had been a problem with the plumbing so no hot water for the morning of my first day which meant a cold shower. This was fixed by the second day.The cleaning lady entered the room with her key without knocking. I told her I was there for two nights and didn't require her. She then walked in ten minutes later so that was a bit odd.

This Greet hotel, a novel concept from the Accord group, opened just this summer. Located in Saïx, 4 km out of Castres, it is a good stopover on the road to Toulouse. No need to go to downtown Castres; there is a restaurant across the street, and the hotel has its own bar/lounge, a TV room plus a small terrace. Friendly manager/receptionist. Positive for the environment: lounge and rooms are decorated in part using recycled materials. Rooms contain huge flatscreen TV, airco, good bedding and sufficient lighting. Excellent WiFi. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Quiet (our room was at the back of the hotel). Spacious parking area.

Rooms are somewhat small. It is difficult to maneuver around the beds without hitting the TV from the wall. Also hard to watch TV, as it was not easy to sit down at sufficient distance. Bathroom could be improved by the addition of a shelf underneath the basin. As it was, we had to put our toiletries bags etc. on the floor. Refilling of the toilet tank after flushing was quite noisy (just as in the neighbours' room..).
