I neede more dishes, a toster, water pot etc

comfortable and a good location. security.Christine, on the evening shift, was friendly and accommodating to our late arrival after 11 pm.

parking was not available though it was included in the price. easy to find parking. microwave was dirty, there was no dish towel for the kitchen, mold noted in the living room and bathroom.

Bathroom had an awful smell of excrement and mould to the point I didn't use the shower. The area is a bit of a dive with a LOT of noise coming from all around you and drunks outside.

Very good location, nice apartment with all the facilities I needed for a short stay.

You access to the parking by a lift, which might be stressing if your car is not small. But the lady from the reception kindly indicated me where to park nearby.

The location was good, close to the city center and most amenities , both rooms had their own smart TV, water pressure was nice and heating was very good as well.

Apartment lacked some upkeep & maintenance. The sofa was not very clean and oven door handle was broken with no handle. Kitchenware was very scarce.

The room is big and warm!

Is a bit old and need a repair sometimes, in the kitchen there was no basics like salt and sugar

Kitchen very basic not many cups plates cutlery etc Didn't like the single bed in the living area.Terrace needed upgrading no seats on it. Couldn't find the garden.

Just a few steps away from the city wall. Ok equipped one of the room was just great, clean nice and cosy.

Very late on replying on msg communication, one of the room unfortunately really need some work especially in the bathroom (a bit outdated and used) and some serious cleaning. We pointed out a few noticeable issues at the reception and they were partly fixed the next day, we were also offered a change of room, but due to the short reservation, we did not decide to do so. In short... not exactly acceptable little things for a serious hotel company

Very nice and spacious apartment in central location. Only a few minutes walk to city walls and historic sites.Very nice staff.Breakfast was nice, and filling.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was good very near to the Roman walled city. Room was comfortable and there was heating which we were glad to have with the sudden cold weather.

Small irritation was the shower holder on the wall did not hold the shower head securely

The staff was so very helpful with everything I needed. Staff knew some english so it was really nice. The apartment was perfect for a couple of nights stay. Having a kitchen and living room area was great! The bathroom was large. It was located close to the Camino, bus station and the Roman Wall. I would stay here again!

The bar/restaurant near by was pretty loud at night. No electrical plugs right next to the beds for night charging was a concern but, we were able to make do.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the Roman wall. Easy parking. A good size apartment. The staff were very friendly and informative. Plus a very good breakfast in the adjoining cafe.

Could have done with better towels, the kitchen in the apartment should have a kettle.
