Conveniently located, well appointed. Absolutely loved the shower! Staff were pleasant, helpful and available always!

The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view, a comfortable bed, and a good-sized bathroom. I arrived an hour before check-in, and they kindly let me check in right away, which was much appreciated. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, providing plenty of information which saved time to allow more sightseeing of the city during my stay.The location is excellent—close to public transportation and within walking distance of everything. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

The hotel is a short walk to the old city and also the bus station is nearby. The staff is very professional and helpful with answering questions about restaurants and things to do. The rooms are clean, have modern furniture, and the Wi-Fi signal is strong. Our room was well insulated as it was very quite in the evening and in the morning.

Little point of improvement: the ventilation of the bath room could be better.

We started the camino in Lugo. The receptionist was so helpful assisting us with the passport and luggage transfer service. He also shared that there was a festival going on and gave us some delicious food recommendations. Breakfast was great and just what we needed to start the walk.

Wet clean and just outside the city walls, so only a five minute walk into Lugo. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

The property was excellent but the room we had was small but still very good cause we left to explore more. The property was clean and it smells clean, they made the beds everyday and super friendly staff, they spoke English which really help also with places to go and see. Location was also good as we were just a walk away from everything.

The only thing is that the room was small but we were out most of the time so that’s ok.

The receptionist Andrea was fantastic. She assisted with the return of our hired car and our transfer to Sarria where we commenced our Camino. She also booked a taxi and gave us all the advice and information relevant to our trip.An amazing, helpful, kind and friendly person.

Nice hotel in good location , big room with comfortable beds, bathroom with bath and shower , a treat as we were walking the camino primitivo, staff lovely, really helpful giving us info on things to do, restraunts etc, delicious buffet breakfast .

Wonderful place! I cannot emphasize how helpful and nice all of the staff was to accommodate us! Our stay was perfect, everything was clean, and the view of the city was a joy!

Nice room, centrally located - the bus dropped us off really close by and we were near all the restaurants in the old quarter. Staff were welcoming .

the Location was great- close to the gate into the walled city but in a quiet safe neighbor hood. The hotel is close to the bus station and also walkable to the train station which was great since we we in on train from Madrid and left on the bus :)The staff was super helpful and the rooms were perfect, very comfortable and clean
