No coffee or tea making facilities in room. As we were driving to another destination, this hotel, located in teh motorway, was a very good stop. The desk staff were very helpful and kind to give us some directions in what to see and where to park in Lugo (the hotel is sort of 10min drive from the city). The hotel has a restaurant and cafeteria, which is very handy if you don't want to drive to the city. As we didn't make our reservation with breakfast, and didn't want to pay extras 9,5€ per person, we order a simple one at the cafeteria and, despite the grumpy waiter, it was just what we needed. Our room was spacious, but it had a very boring decoration that could be easily improved.

We wanted to order breakfast from the cafeteria, but the waiter wasn't in a good mood. The communication was very bad, and he wasn't keen to make it easier. He made no effort to understand our "Portunhol" and wasn't even able to inform us of the breakfast options. In other words, he didn't want to understand and also wasn't capable of informing us in Spanish, which we understand very well, about the breakfast options or answering our questions.

The location is excellent if you don’t want to stay in the city center. Our rooms was big, clean and very confortable. The staff very welcome, kind and helpful. Good breakfast.The restaurant offers a good variety of meals for very affordable prices.

it's out of town and you must have a car/taxi. Near by the hotel there is a sausages' factory

Staff were excellent. Prices were reasonable. Bus into Lugo easily done.

My partner had to stay at the hospital for a few days in Lugo. I didn’t want to stay in town. The hotel staff were very helpful my entire stay. They did their very best to take care of me and make me feel comfortable and safe. Alicia, the receptionist, was absolutely wonderful.

The decor is a little out of date.

The location is outside the city, a car is needed to reach the city center.

Good value, clean, comfy although not big bed. Restaurant was also a good surprise with a few really good sharing dishes. Good for a work stay.

The comfort was let down by noisy ventilation on and off through the night, which ruined a good nights sleep. The ventilation is really noisy when on, and it’s either hot or cold according to the season, not your preference.

The room was clean and the beds were quite comfy, good free parking, wifi and free coffee/tea in the lobby.

The sound isolation in the hotel is non-existent, you can hear your neighbours as if they lived in your room. The stay in the hotel was ruined by noisy neighbours with two kids next door, which woke me up in the morning and stopped to make unbearable noise in the evening only after call from receptionist. There is a glass door to bathroom, which is not very conveniet and sound-proof.

The locations is good and the hotel has a great cafeteria and restaurant for buffet breakfast or to just eat at the hotel restaurant great atmosphere and superb service.

I did not like that i had issue with the safe as i was trying to open the safe box it switch combination on me and the programable one by itself change and it look me out .They where willing to change it and correct the problem but it was an inconvenience for me at this time.

Spacious and well equipped room. Friendly staff. Just outside of the city, but easy access to local sites by car.

Old blankets instead of duvets (they looked clean, but doubt they are washed every day; town center is 5 km away, food at the hotel restaurant is low quality (cafetaria food).

It blew away all my expectations, it was just marvelous. Big room, wonderful bathroom and plenty of parking in a very well located area if you are traveling using a car. Brilliant ?
