The property is very clean and modern. The hotel staff are very courteous. While it’s not right in the old town, it’s only about a 10-minute walk, which was not an issue for us.

I like everything about this hotel.

The breakfast was okay... I really appreciated a staff member that took the time to find a microwave to heat up some food that we purchased outside of the hotel. This was not expected nor required but I was very pleased with the staff.

Parking as a occupant is 15 Euro per day... a little expensive based on my experience

I was travelling with my grown up daughters and it was the most comfortable of all the hotels in terms of accomodating us as a three. The extra single bed they put in was a proper bed (we have had uncomfortable sofa beds etc for the rest of the trip). The room was a generous size so the extra bed did not feel too intrusive. The style of the hotel is moderm and it is well designed. The car park was very handy, although it does cost extra per night to leave the car there. The breakfast was buffet style and good.

The location could have been better. It was a 10/15 minute walk into the historic centre - which isn't too bad, but it's not a very attractive or pleasant walk as it is along a main road and surrounded by 70's tower blocks. However, we did feel safe.

The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful and they will clearly do anything to please the customer. The hotel design was nice and the room and bed were comfortable. The location was great, conveniently situated very close to the walled Casco Viejo. The onsite parking is another plus. Although this hotel did not have a gym, they have an agreement with a great local gym just a 5 minute walk away, which offers day passes at a really affordable cost.

The clean modern facilities. Not too far from the old town. Parking was great.

Unbelievably helpful and friendly staff. They do everything possible to help. Amazing hotel, clean and rooms are spacious and quiet. After a long day on the Camino, it was a real treat to stay in this hotel. We loved it and we will come back one day. Thank you to all the staff for your genuine care.

Modern hotel, with very short walking distance to the center. Spacious and designed rooms with nice view (and sunset as well). Very clean. Great lobby and terrace to take a drinks or some food.Good underground parking.Very nice and helpful staff. We felt very well there.

The guy on reception when we checked in was fantastic. Couldn’t be more helpful, but friendly with a great sense of humour too, really welcoming .Great central hotel, car park was a huge plus!

I just want to comment high service and help from the people who work in this hotel. Especially on the day of 8th of October. I was coming with my dog for surgery, and guys on the reception were very helpful. They were helping with all the requests always smiling and everything was very easy.

The only problem is coffee. It was terrible. You need to refresh the machine or to teach bartender how to do it.

It's a lovely, modern hotel. Concierge staff were kind and helpful. Bar/restaurant staff were a bit grumpy.

Not a good value, as we stayed at a 3 star hotel following this one for a third of the cost, and it also was very nice.

Breakfast was filled with many options for food. coffee was easily accessible. the staff were very accommodating.

Very comfortable rooms, good location about 10 minutes flat walk into old town, good but expensive parking on site (see later note re charges), nice bar.

The parking charge was 16€ per day vs the actual advertised price on Accor website of £11.81 (which equates to 10€ using current currency exchange of 0.85€= £1.00). Manager of hotel failed to address this even when shown website price quoted. Hotel is used by groups. Soundproofing isn’t perfect: we asked for a quiet room and were given one on 5th floor, but we along with occupants of another room were kept awake for a large part of first of two nights, by neighbouring room’s occupants moving furniture, shouting and playing TV at full volume. Finally resolved at 05.00.Breakfast is buffet style, with hot options limited to fried eggs and bacon left on a heated tray. Sensed management of hotel staff was quite autocratic in style, rather than collaborative.

Too modern for us , not practical no where to put soap etc, only one chair in a big bedroom , lack of drawer space for travellers .
