Breakfast is proper and nice, the bar/restaurant beautiful and pleasant. Slightly under staffed but very kind. Gym is nice and newly equipped.

The first room given was very cold, heat system did not work. We were changed to a new one and it was very hot during the night thus we had to keep the window open. I got a cold afterwards.

Location, staff, free covered parking, comfortable bed, gym, working area, value for money

Coffee machine didn't work (it happened in other occasions too), both the one in the room and the one in the working area (kept the coins)

Great value for the price. The room was a good standard and all modern. The staff were very helpful. I would stay again.

Nothing really. The only downside was my room was next to the gym. I could hear a grunting gym user at 7am.

This hotel was the best I had stayed in Spain. The room with a jacuzzi bathtub was superb. The hotel provided a gym room, which has a treadmill, cycling, weights, and other physical exercise equipment. I used the gym, and it was more than I expected because the exercise equipment was of superior quality. The Jacuzzi bathtub with pleasant hot water gave me energetic relaxation!

Google Map confused me about the location. It needs to fix the accurate pinpoint of the location. The hotel street sign helped me to locate.

Great building, close to brand new. Amazing service with staff willing to help to the best of their abilities. A bit far from the city’s historical center (keep this in mind if you are a Camino Pilgrim).

The heating was constantly on and the room was extremely hot. The air con wasn’t working.

The restaurant attached to the hotel could do with som trained staff for its dinner service. My meal never arrived as the server forgot to place my order twice. There is a restaurant at the back of the hotel block that has authentic food.

This was a last minute emergency booking at midnight and I couldn't have been happier. The overnight receptionist was so kind and lent me a phone charger. The room was not as fancy as some but comfortable. The shower was hot and the coffee machine and pods a bonus.Breakfast was included in the price. There was a good spread of cold meats cheeses cereals fruits yoghurt bread and tea or coffee.The hotel is also a co working space with gym and vending machines dotted around. Ideal for emergency snacks. It's on the industrial estate but very quiet overnight and handy for the hospital.

Really nothing. If I was being picky, the shower could do with a curtain as it wet the floor. The bed was a bit hard for me, but that's personal preference. That's how picky I'm being.

We liked a lot the comfort of the room. Specially the bed which was very soft.Also the tv had netflix and other platforms that were easy to sinc with.

The wifi didn't work properly. The wifi was weak.Besides the location wasn't very amusing.

Bed, linen and pillows were good. Room temperature control good. Gym a bonus and vending machines useful although needed re stocking

booked room on booking.com but was unable to pay for breakfast on arrival...very strange and not experienced this before. The bathroom grout needs extensive cleaning and caulking replacement...absolutely no view and all windows frosted so you could not look out at sky...noisy patrons slamming doors around midnight

Lighting in the room was poor. Bathroom was a little bit disappointing.

Bedroom small but comfortable for our one night stay. Secure garage parking for our motorcycles. Easy to find hotel. Food issues were of slight concern but we got there. Staff were first class, especially Tall lady in restaurant and Borsa at reception. Great guy.

The parking was good and roomy.

There wete no tea making facilities. There was a spa bath, but no plug and there wad no plug for the basin so couldn't shave. The window was frosted so no view was possible. However, as it was in an industrial area, the view, had it been available, would have been poor.

Exeptionally friendly and helpful staff! Comfortable bed. Great breakfast buffet. Tons of information at reception on how to spend your time around Lugo and in the rest of Galicia. Thank you!

Everything was great

It was a relatively new build and we had perfect stay. We seemed to be upgraded and had a large room at the corner of the corridor which was beyond what we expected.The staff were helpful and pleasant.Breakfast great.

The breakfast room was large and although it was buffet style it was difficult to get coffee or tea as a waitress had to get it and was not always available. It was a bit confusing.

Clean and airy. Quiet. Air conditioning. Great reception staff.

Excellent price/quality ratio for a modern and clean hotel, with safe parking and also a fitness center.

Breakfast and dinner were both a disappointment. The included breakfast is very basic and for the buffet one (as one would have expected as standard from such an hotel) you have to pay an extra, for not getting much in return. The restaurant food is good but quite overpriced.

We knew that the hotel was situated on an industrial estate some way from the city. However we had hoped that sone of the other catering establishments nearby would be open - On a weekend afternoon and evening, they were not. So, we were faced with either a drive or dinner in the attached restaurant which was adequate but reminiscent of a works canteen.
