I had no issues.

Asked several times for the Cryo shower beside the sauna to be fixed, but nothing was done. Maintenance could be upgraded in general. All in all we still enjoyed our stay.

See things I didn't like.

I stayed there a year ago. On that trip I booked an extra night because of terrible weather making it too dangerous to drive home. What I didn't realize was that I made a mistake and booked on booking.com for a night in 2025, not 2024. I immediately informed the front desk to see if I could cancel it as it was a year out and they said no. Outrageous. I thought the attitude of the front desk staff was poor. I will never stay there again. Don't know why I gave it a 7. The facility is nice but their business practices are awful

Need to give more attention to the spa. Swedish spa….try to fix earlier. Indicate steps into whirl pool. Fit centre… needs some lighter dumbbells

Breakfast is as good but food could have been hotter - particularly water for tea.

Rooftop bar is lovely with a very nice selection of cocktails. Breakfast had a lovely pianist playing which created a very relaxed atmosphere.

GF options were seriously lacking. Breakfast was great except I asked two waiters for GF bread the first morning. I waited for 15min and it never arrived. The second day I got it. I’d love some more GF options for pastries etc as it really would have added to the experience. Towels were not very nice in our room - old and hard. Some small toiletries would have been nice in the bathrooms. we used the gym every morning and honestly it’s so outdated im not sure the equipment is actually safe! The treadmill and eliptical have rust spots all over and the free weights were not cleaned. There are major roadworks right outside the hotel as a new road is being built. The noise wasn’t at all a problem. It will be really great when the road is finished.

Reasonably priced

Dark, dusty hallways to the rooms , that didn’t seem to have been vacuumed in a while. Tight quarters & expensive dinner buffets . Pool area was dirty with bird poop all over.

It was a great location and the stuff were efficient-the breakfast was absolutely fantastic!

Things were a bit in disrepair and aging

The buffet breakfast had a vast variety of choices and everything was delicious! There was a piano playing and bubbly available. The outdoor pools were large and had plenty of comfortable lounge chairs with umbrellas. The staff were very personable and professional. It was great to have a balcony with a table and chairs. There was a fridge and a safe in our room. Coffee and tea and a kettle. Large nicely decorated room. The indoor pool was very relaxing and there was a sauna and a steam room. Spa services were in offer.

Our room was above the entrance so we didn’t have a view to speak of. We heard the coming and going of guests and sometimes it was very early and other times very late. Though no fault of the hotel, there was construction going on across the road throughout most of the day into the evening so it wasn’t pleasant to be out on the balcony.

Location and rooftop

Hotel has a lot of overdue maintenance and should actually be closed for renovation. On top of that, the rooms are SUPER noisy – you can literally follow your neighbors’ conversations through the walls. My advice: remove it from Booking, this is not Booking-worthy!

The pool and roof top lounge was great. The breakfast was good

Access to the pool area was confusing. There was a lot of construction around the hotel due to a housing project being built. The roof top lounge had a limited menu.

Stayed here many times standards seem to decrease each time, Should have been advised of huge building works right in front of our 2nd ( we had requested high floor) floor city view room from 8am to 5pm Roof terrace restaurant lovely but very limited menu with tapas quite bland. Pool area nice but needs refurb very uncomfortable sun beds, spa nice as always. A note about the pool towels on offer for 10 euros each in my home they would go in the bin or for use as rags. Breakfast ok but poached eggs asked for came sloped in a bowl undercooked ukk! further training required. I spilt some coke on the bed sheet it didn’t get changed. Hotel has large groups of male golfers at the expense of couples.

I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival so I can only comment on the comfort of the suite- it was exquisite, I had an unexpected private balcony with private hot tub, and a lovely spacious view. So - it was perfect for what I was needing that night. And reception was highly welcoming and friendly. Also a really great hotel shop located inside.

Parking situation. I had to find street parking which was pretty much packed. And I couldn’t really tell how safe the area was on the streets behind the hotel so wasn’t sure if my car would be safe overnight.

Breakfast was great. Front desk folks were helpful and kind -- we arrived rather jet lagged!
