The fact it wasn't a cookie cutter hotel, but histoical and re-purpased group of buildings
The room was big. The draft was friendly and the location was convenient
Friendly staff and great location. Good price for the value.

Cons -

ItÂ¿s pretty outdated and lack maintenance. There are bulbs missing the tub is rusted in places etc etc
More attention is needed to repairing broken furniture. Shower curtin was filthy. Nice staff but not enough too much is expected of one person. Too many hats to one person.
The sheets were dirty and the room has mosquitoes and ants. Still cleaning up from hurricane Irma, so not to upset or disappointed. No wi-fi or tv yet in room due to hurricane. Hopefully, the clean up will continue.

The availability. Only some rooms were open so we were happy to get one.
