Well located and nice set up like for dinning, pool area and living. Liked breakfast being able to sit outside and selection of food. Service especially lady receptionist was great!!

We seen some lights in garden/ stairs area which been broken. Road to the hotel had missing stones & didn¿t look inviting when arriving to the hotel, Considering there was covid break where been enough time to repair it before new guests coming.

Property was secure and quiet.

No working air conditioning and hard to get to the rooms with suitcases

Reception lady was awesome, we had some issues with the amount of rooms we order and she did all she can do to fix it.The staff was amazing, breakfast was great, with amazing the staff as well. This is our second time there, and it was great as always. Especially if you are looking for a place to relaxSPA is one of the greatest

Beautiful location and resort. A true Tuscan getaway. The look and feel were exactly what we wanted.

Breakfast was basically continental which was disappointing considering the price increase to add breakfast. The pools were freezing - even with 30 degree weather. Drinks were overpriced. The restaurant on site decided to stop servicing 95% of the menu for lunches which caused us to have to leave to get food offsite. One of the reasons we selected this resort was there was a restraint on site. So we considered this a bit of a dirty trick. The on site spa is very expensive!

Area is wonderful, typical toscan. Room was clean. Breakfast is perfect, maybe it would be nice some warm breakfast as well. Coffee is delicious as well, they use big coffee machine from the bar and serve it for you.

Walls are so thin that we heard every words, steps, packing from neighbors. Many-many wasps during breakfast (not bees).

Check out became a bit problematic as the reception was closed by 8pm and we had a bill to settle. But the restaurant staff managed to help us get it sorted. Could have been more organised from hotel management

Location of this hotel is fantastic, with incredible views in every direction. But that’s where all the positives end. What a shame that the management could not make a better use of a beautiful Tuscan countryside.

It is not a 4* hotel! It’s a comfortable hostel with magnificent views and a swimming pool! There is just one person on the reception and a cleaner for a few hours few days a week. Plus a few people working in the restaurant. This is it! They charged us €50 for cleaning our room on departure and extra for the pool towels (yes, really!) We had two identical rooms but they called one a ‘room’, another an ‘apartment’; one was cleaned every day, the other one -not at all (only for extra charge we were told). That room could not even provide hand soap for the bathroom. Bedrooms are extremely basic, with not the best mattress. There was no one, and not even a trolley, to help with getting our luggage to the rooms - considering all the rooms are built on the side of a hill, it was not so easy to get the bags to the rooms or back to the car. Restaurant was very good for breakfast, not so much for any other meals; and it’s closed on Wednesday night! Definitely not a 4*!

Excellent location with amazing views of the heels and well preserved facilities. It is all about the views in a beautiful accommodation.

If you want to visit several places around Tuscany, it might not be the ideal location due to long driving distance to main attractions

It was the best silence we've ever experienced. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very rich and delicious.

However the location is a bit remote; grocery stores and restaurants are a bit far from the hotel.The hotel should provide at least some basic stuff in the room; such as bottle of water, hand soap, maybe some coffee and some fruit to welcome the guests.

Nice landscape, very good parking, friendly staff, excellent for getting few days off.

It is a large complex, they can invest more in cleaning and maintaining the pathways.

Kitchen in apartment was not properly equipped, dishwasher was full of water, induction stove was not working (even have received some old stove for our use day after we informed staff).

We travelled from Florence to siena and then to pisa, this was our last stop it's ideally situated as close to pisa motorway. It was perfect for relaxing in beautiful surroundings with excellent staff and our meal was fantastic best calamari we have ever had.

Great venue with very friendly staff. Davide at the restaurant in particular made our stay very enjoyable. Clean linen. Breakfast, drinks and restaurant meals were great. Spa was nice and clean with a very good massage.

The room was terrible - bad sound insulation, no ventilation, windows or natural light other than the door. Not like the pictures online. Smell of bleach so strong it was burning our eyes. No sofa or nice decor. Bed was in a small boxed room, safe did not work and was loose on the floor. Wifi was intermittent. I requested a different room but they had none available. Garden and landscape not well maintained.

The location is breathtaking, set in the beautiful Tuscan hills, picture perfect.

Lack of comfort. The garden seating was very uncomfortable, very basic and therefore I hardly sat outside which was such a shame. There was no comfortable seating inside either, very disappointing. The pool has seen better days as have the sun loungers, plenty of them but pretty old and basic.

It was perfect vacation, it was exactly what I needed to be in quite, beautiful place for lazy recharge. I enjoyed friendly personal, tasty breakfast with a lot of opportunities, diner as well was tasty, beautiful spa with what I needed like hammam, sauna and jacuzzi. On top of it sooo amazing view and bird sings.

Staff was very welcoming even tough we arrived well past check-in time. It is a perfect location if you want a nice view and enjoy being in rural areas without any noise of the city or traffic.

I know it was not the main season for tourism in Italy but the lack of warm water for showering and having to shower for 3 days in cold water is not something we particularly enjoyed.
