PFA Hotel Ginevra - Isola d'Elba

Breakfast is great. All you can eat, clean and fresh

Great location, clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and nice , would definitely stay here again if I visit Cavo

The place is close to the city centre and the beach. You can park the car and walk down.

The room wasn't soundproof at all. You could hear everything from outside. The breakfast wasn't great either, poor and with few choices.

Great hotel close to beach, bars and restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, quiet street

Door a bit thin, window catch overdue for maintenance.

Quiet location. Few minutes walk from the beach. Good breakfast and good value for money

Very very small twin room. Very small shower and bathroom in general

This property gets a 10 based on the wonderful, kind and generous help and assistance of LUCA and RALUCA, both exceptional staff!

The owner MUST do something about the parking situation. There are more rooms/guests than the limited parking capacity outside the hotel and the offsite parking adjacent to another property (and neighbors who don’t approve of the guests parking there)is also limited in space- on more than one night occasion, had to drive around to find a parking space on the street. This is not acceptable and again the owner should take care to rent an area with more parking capabilities given almost all guests have automobiles!

The quality of the memory foam mattress was very good, firm and comfortable, with nice cotton linen. The air conditioning unit was a nice addition to the room. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and did an efficient job.

The rooms were overall awful—by some margin the worst hotel (more like a hostel) I have ever stayed at. Downstairs in the lobby area, the hotel seems perfectly respectable, but once you head up to the first floor, it turns into to something hideously drab, resembling a prison or lunatic asylum.

It‘s near the sea. Property is simple but very nice. Breakfast was delicious. The Staff helped with every kind of need and took great care of us.

Great and quiet location, pet-friendly, cleaning, room comfort, great shower.

Few of the staff, room location and size, breakfast options for lactose intolerant

Everything was perfect! Clean, new. We Liked breakfast very much. Totally recommend hotel :)

Nothing to complain

The staff was great. We found two little birds in the backyard, fallen from the nest and they immediately called the vet. Besides, breakfast is really, really good and rooms are also okay. There's everything you need. Very close to the sea and beach.

Too cold in the lobby, air conditioning is always on and the bathroom door was broken in my room.

The location is really nice.

Parking cannot be booked. Doors are very thin, cleaners are therefore loud in the morning. AC was not working for a whole day. No elevator in the building.

Good price. Very good breakfast. Perfect location. Very cutie staff. Luca very good face:):)

Good breakfast and clean and comfortable rooms

The room weren't so big.

Good location and close to beach

Really nice stuff, and good breakfast and parking area.
