Great location, owner and breakfast.

Good location, friendly host, good breakfast, free parking.

Garage is challenging to access if you’re not familiar with the town. Not a problem for us, but be aware that the piazza location comes with noise issues.

Everything. The staff, the location, the room, the bar downstairs the breakfast. Everything was amazing!

Beautiful BnB, everything was clean and in good condition. The host went out of his way to make me a lovely breakfast the night before as I was leaving prior to the typical breakfast time.

The host was friendly and exceptionally helpful even coming to collect us in his car when the bus driver dropped us at the wrong bus stop at 9.00 at night.

It's a lovely building, with friendly and helpful staff, BUT we won't go there again...

We won't go there again. Despite what it says on the Booking.com profile, the only food it did was sandwiches for lunch, nothing at supper and without warning the bar shut at 8.00, even though the sign in the hotel says it is open until 11.00. Consequently, our evening was ruined as all we could do was sit in our room, without refreshments or TV (in English). We understand why the hotel may have limited services during the low season, but they should spell that out in their marketing materials (and on Booking,com) and explain it on arrival. If only they had explained that they didn't run a bar when we arrived we could have made other plans for the evening.  As it was, the evening was ruined. Disappointing.

The place to be in this town, ideally located at a square and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and parking. Very friendly and personalised service, clean rooms in traditional setting, very good and varied breakfast.

The attractions we visited were 30-60 minutes drives away, also due to traffic jams in summer.

The hotel is located at a nice plaza in the centre of Mühlbach. A very friendly owner, gave me all the details regarding parking in the underground garage about 100 m from the hotel.A rich and tasty breakfast with sufficient choices of savoury and sweet dishes. The place ,the people ,the lively crowd and music during nights . ,The owner was so humble and a great host. Food was very good . The room was perfect ,well equipped and very clean . Highly recommended .

The location is good. Near the ski lifts, we went to the top and had great food at the restaurant at the top.

Very friendly and welcoming host, home made chocolate cake at 10pm :) Room was clean and cosy. Good breakfast - definitely coming back.

The hotel is in the proper center of this small city. the beds are very comfortable. the staff is really friendly.

the breakfast is a little bit poor. the room was really smaller than it seems on the photo and smaller than 20 m declared in the description. consider to make the stares with your luggage - we had 3rd floor

This traditional hotel is situated in a beautiful, historic village. We were warmly welcomed and stayed in a charming room with a balcony and large bed. The bathroom was also large and I had a lovely bath. We walked the Dolomites and our host told us all we needed to know to get to the start of our hike. The breakfast was delicious. One morning we left very early and were given a great takeaway breakfast package. There was parking nearby which was very handy. The accommodation had a variety of terraces and lovely lounge room my husband could read in after I had gone to bed. We were treated like royalty and had a lovely stay

The wall of the rooms are not too thick. There was someone next door with a cough which we could well hear. There is not much one can do about that

The hotel is in the town center and very close to train/bus station. Clean room and very good breakfast. I enjoyed very much my stay for 3 nights. Definetely recommend.

Great food and great location! The Almencard with which you can travel in the whole Sudtirol area was a good bonus! But the best thing about the hotel were the hosts! They made sure I had everything I need for a pleasant stay! Thanks a lot!! I would come back again!

Super friendly landlord. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast with a wide variety of local food. The croissants were excellent. Very relaxed family-style hotel. It possible to park the bicycles securely in the hotel's garage.

Not a real issue, but it would be nice to have dinner a la carte at the hotel. It was only available to "half-board"-guests. But they gave us great recommendations for dinner places in the village.

The host was really kind and friendly. He did everything that we feel comfortable.
