The View of the mountains were wonderful.

Breakfest was a disapointment not enough food like eggs or cold cuts or just a warm breakfest. It was like they didnt care at all even it was paid for. More like a quick snack thats all.

Beautiful view, spacious room, and an excellent breakfast. A traditional hotel with lots of character and charm.

A car is essential to reach and leave the hotel, as some of the surrounding streets are quite narrow. At one point, Waze got confused and gave us the wrong directions.

The room was cozy, bed and linen very comfortable, bathroom was comfortable.

The staff was very rude, particularly at the front desk. When we asked to be changed seats during breakfast so as not to bother other guests (we were sitting extremely close), they refused and were particularly rude.

Excellent staff, breakfast and pool. The view was very good too.

There was no fan or AC, our first day was very hot and it took some time for the room to cool down at night

AVOID THIS HOTEL!!We had a room with a broken air conditioner, it made a LOUD robotic whirring sound every 5 minutes making it impossible to sleep even when the air conditioner was turned off!I brought this up to the owner/manager and he REFUSED to acknowledge the issue.I didn’t ask for any refund or anything in return. I just wanted him to apologize and fix it before the next guests arrived. He completely dismissed us and said since the A/C unit in his room is the same it was “impossible” that ours would break so soon.I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the manager was very disrespectful and acted like I was making things up to get a discount instead of trying to fix the issue.He showed 0 empathy for guests who only got a few hours of sleep. Please stay somewhere else instead of supporting this hotel.

Great location to venture around, beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Hotel had everything we needed. We stayed in the family room and had a large deck. Front desk provided excellent services, added on an extra night the day before our scheduled night with the same rate. Breakfast buffet style was wonderful, fresh food, wide variety, coffee bar. Did not get to use the deck or the pool for lack of time on our part.

Parking was a little tricky on arrival. The hotel owns 4 different parking spaces. Lot #2 worked best for us.

Great breakfast with lots of variety of breads. Nice balcony with a beautiful view and the room is spacious. Courteous staff.

The pool is a bit cold and smelly but still nice that it was there at all!

Beautiful view of mountains. Resting chairs in warm pool area was relaxing. Breakfast was good quality and options.

1. Bathroom. A. The door was sliding glass and did not provide much privacy for my family of five in the room. B. The top of wall was made of glass so middle of night bathroom breaks light up the whole room. Night light would have worked better. 2. Pool. A. Who has a massage pool in the cool pool water? It was a cold jacuzzi; not very relaxing. B. Kids pool was dirty. Clean filter?

Our family of four stayed at the hotel for one night. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, and I found the sauna useful. The breakfast was sufficient for our needs.

The hotel has seen better days, but all the facilities were functional.

It seemed the family room was not originally intended to be used for guests. TV didn’t work, but we didn’t bother to complain, because we only stayed the night and it was already late. Kids beds were old, as was the bed linen.

Very friendly staff! We were two motorcyclists wet to the bone and the staff helped us dry our boots and gloves on a special heater they have for ski boots! The food is also very good at reasonable prices. We also got a genius 3 upgrade to a really big room.

Everything went smoothly until the morning when we woke up and found bugs everywhere, crawling under the beds, into our shoes. It was really disturbing and disappointing for the price we paid for only one night...

The location was great. The village had a cheap cable lift up to the alpine village. The people were friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. The view from the balcony was incredible.

The hotel would have good opportunities for the highest stars. The problem with hotels is that if something is once broken, it stays broken. For example, the floorboards came off. In the spa department, the jet nozzles and many of the showers no longer worked, which made me wonder about the hygiene level of the spa department. Respa's young woman was always sitting outside with a cigarette, talking on a video call.
