Very nice, looking-new and perfectly clean hotel with amazing cousine and spa. You will really enjoy both breakfasts and splending dinners after relaxing time in spa (jacuzzi, pool, saunas). Very kind and helpful personnel, simply you will want to return soon.

Eventhough switching off heating, room was seriously overheated maybe from closeby family swimming pool, so you need to have open window day and night. Still better vs if there is cold, so no major issue.

A very unexpected luxurious stay. Everything about this place was exceptional. If there’s one place you stay in the Dolomites then this is the place! A 45 minute drive into Ortisei which was perfect. The lodge itself had everything you could think of. From a pool, to roof top sofas and lounges to relax. The views from the rooftop was exceptional - huge mountains all around. A great stay for your mental health and well being. The room we chose was spacious, the bathroom was beautifully designed and very clean. The view from my balcony was awe dropping and I didn’t want to leave! Stargazing at night was exceptional. This hotel truly was a 10/10 stay and one of the bests I’ve stayed in so far! They also give free cable car tickets to visit the mountain that’s towering behind the lodge. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating which made the stay even better. I believe a husband and wife are running the place - hats off to you both for creating such a serene, luxurious stay. I will be back for sure❤️ . This place was our central location for the dolomites to visit Ortisie and then drove back down hitting all the famous landscapes!

Everything was exceptional!

Very good small hotel with very attentive staff and good facilities in the good location. We enjoyed our time at the hotel and in the region.We used service to hire e-bikes for ride one day, it was convenient. Swimming pools are of a good size and with good amount of lounges.

When we stayed it was very hot weather, while rooms had air conditioning installed it took a while to cool down the rooms.Fruit selection for breakfast could have been wider, saying that, choices for breakfast were good.Occasionally long wait for coffee machines.

Very polite and attentive staff that remembered us and our preferences. Plenty of amenities included with a wide selection of food and meals each day

Only missing a gym

It was clean, up to date and close to the Seilbahn. I loved the view of the Alps from my magnificent balcony!

There was no signage on the dining room of the hours. The purple lighting in the bathroom - although it set an ambience - I was not the target of that ambience! Haha!

Very nice hotel, professional staff. We had half-board, and enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Absolutely great food. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. We were travelling with an 3-year old child, and nothing was missing for him. There is a small playground in the yard, and a playroom in the hotel. We even got a free room upgrade. Spa centre is really nice, and there is a family pool on the rooftop. The village centre and cable car to the ski resort are close, maybe 200 m away.Absoulte recommendation, we will come back for sure.

Ideal for a relaxing vacation, comfortable and spacious room, big spa with beautiful outdoor pool, excellent food and attentive staff, we loved it.

Amazing lodge with two swimming pools and the stuff are very friendly. Highly recommended for family vacation.

AC room worked. Modern. The meal choice was many.

On check in, we were given a room with no AC so we had to change room to match our booking. This was unpleasant. This was compensated when an AC room was also given to the second room occupant who arrived just in time for dinner. That was nice. The breakfast selection was disappointing. The ingress, egress and the slope of the parking ramp was a bit harrowing.

Excellent SPA, big swimming pool, very spacious room with an amazing view and a big terrace. Outstanding food!!!

In our room (but I guess only in our room) we could hear the noise from the rooftop swimming pool pumps. Otherwise, no complaints!

New lobby and bar area, new rooms, spa area, outdoor heated pool, great buffet breakfast, friendly staff

Fantastic Location, Hotel is Brand new and spacious rooms with a large terrace with mountain view and food was delicious and a breakfast with a large variety, staff is very friendly. 2nd floor has direct access to the parking adjacent to road and easy to load and unload luggages. We will be back in another season.

Modern beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. The hotel is close to the motorway and is convenient for overnight stays when travelling to the south of Italy. Very rich and good breakfast. We especially appreciated the delicious sweet pastries.

The light on the balcony cannot be switched off in the evening.

Tasty breakfast and dinner. Spacious rooms with everything required for a comfortable stay. Spa center is excellent.

It was a bit strange that there were no power plug for the electric kettle inside the room. The only onepossible to use was on the balcony/terrace.Unfortunately, you can’t come to the Spa with you kids (16+ is a policy). It is not the issue - just to set expectations properly.

could do with better facilities for very small children, like a decent bin for nappies in the room and a place by the pool to dispose of swimming nappies.

Brand new hotel (or recently refurbished) with great wellness facilities. Both pools are fantastic. Overall the staff was rather nice and effective, the woman at reception desk was super helpfull. Plenty of families with kids (like us) when we stayed there so maybe not entirely suited if you need/want to avoid kids.

Location is ok if you're planning to drive around, but otherwise there is not much to do in town. The guy cooking omelets at breakfast could smile a bit more, or at least not looking like he's not happy to be there. Last but not least, you might not be able to use the undergroung parking if you drive a supercar, it's very steep!
