Pros +
- The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. Unfortunately, one of the issue we experienced was ants coming into the room.
- Good location. Santiago do Caçem is a lovely town. Lots of options for breakfast. Friendly staff.
- Very nice and helpful staff, large and comfortable beds, lots of possibilities to put luggage in the room and a wonderful breakfast!
Cons -
- There was no coffee maker provided in the room unless requested, which was disappointing. The room had ants, and the king bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Staying two nights with such an uncomfortable bed made the experience unpleasant.
- A bit dated I’m afraid.

Nice staff. Plenty of parking nearby. Clean and tidy. Traditional European breakfast.
All good.
Friendly and efficient staff ready to help, especially Lillian? Rooms clean and nice. Location excellent for Rita Vicentina trek stage 1 start as you are only 15 min walk to castle start and there is handy grocery to buy food for stage 2 across the street -- you will need to as stage 2 is remote with no services. Would stay here again!
Great view of the church on the hill, helpful staff, very quiet.
It’s a bit old, could use a remodel. But it’s fine.
Staff was very helpful and friendly . the place was very clean, the breakfast was very good. Everything is within walking distance and the parking was great
Passable
There was only one outlet in the entire room, making it impossible to charge two phones at once. Even in the bathroom, there was no plug available to use a hair dryer. The bathtub had a significant amount of rust, and the locker was not functional.
The bed was comfortable.
The room had a lot of ants. That was unexpected since it was a sevond floor.

The breakfast was superb and offered a lot of choice. The pool looked incredibly inviting, but unfortunately we arrived to late. The staff were kind and welcoming.
Our toilet and shower head were both broken.

Location was to great restaurant
Tried to book directly with hotel but web site sent me to Booking.com Always have a bad experience with Booking.com. Staff at hotel great to help
Good location on our Camino Central route, great conditions for rest and very nice and helpful stuff.
The room was super clean and had a nice size. All the staff was super nice and very welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, it had a big variety of different foods to choose from. An "end of the day" dive in the pool is a must.
The room was well presented and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The location is good for exploring the Alentejo region, but you need a car. Right across the road from an excellent supermarket. Breakfast was excellent, our whole family enjoyed it.
The walls of the rooms are quite thin. We had a lot of 'nocturnal activity' in the room next to us, although I can't blame the hotel for that. I would say that I thought the hotel was a bit expensive for what was on offer, but we did enjoy our stay.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely and quiet within a very short walk to the town. Good value. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet and a very short walk into town. Good value.
Nice staff. Modest but complete breakfast. Free parking.
Room very outdated. No outlets in the WC. Bar and entertainment area closed.
