    Pros +

    • Breakfast and location were satisfactory
    • Location- great, in the very centre (old town, near the castle. Old 19 cent house. Breakfast- simple, but ok.
    • Located right in the middle of the town and castle, very nice place, friendly staff, ample breakfast was included. Cute town that really came to life in the morning hours. Also this town is on one branch of the Camino trail.

    Cons -

    • Toilet paper holder was broken. Shower head holder was loose.
    • There was a problem at Sunday evening to find a place to have dinner. Everything closed. (except shitty pizzeria). But that's not a hotel problem.
    • Beds very uncomfortable Air conditioning noisy No plug near the bed for charging phones

    Friendly staff. Excellent location.

This time we stayed in room 4 it was bigger then 7 and had a street view with a small balcony. But the bed was lumpy which let the hotel down. We previously stayed in room 7. This had a bed too hard.

Lovely hotel nice location. Very clean. Lovely staff. Breakfast OK plenty of orange juice and coffee..Bread and cakes. Two cooked meats and cheese.

The bed was a little hard for me but I slept OK.

Loved the location, breakfast, and friendly service.

Everything was great except we did not like the bed pillows. We slept well, the mattress was great, we just thought the pillows were a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. But,!

Hotel was well situated, close to the castle, restaurants and bars. Receptionist was very helpful on arrival. Bike storage was available. Room and bathroom on the small side but adequate for one night. Shower good. Breakfast was excellent, surpassing our expectations.

Pillows were very poor (room 2)

Great location, near the castle and many points of interest.Nice restaurants all around, on walking distance. Many beautiful places to see around Moura!Super friendly staff! :) great to spend a weekend (or more if you want to take advantage of the fluvial beaches nearby)

The only thing it could be better is the coffee (there is a machine but the coffee and white coffee always taste artificial)

    7RubenPosted on: 8-27-2021

Airco in the room, price/Quality ok, friendly personel but English is not there best language.
