Breakfast was excellent and the view in the breakfast room is unsurpassed, excellent.The shower is great and the bed clean. The best thing is it's in Interlaken.

Breakfast was moderately good

Room was not air conditioned. Extremely hot weather.No elevator up to third floor (room 302 etc). Elevator is only up to two floors.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here. The hosts were so sweet and welcoming, and the restaurant downstairs was absolutely delicious. The views were breathtaking, and the place itself was super cute and cozy. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and lovely stay by the lake.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. My husband is immunocompromised and they provided space for us to eat meals away from other diners. The restaurant food was excellent. We made it a point to eat all of our dinners there. The views of Lake Thun were nice and we enjoyed the quiet of a small town as opposed to busy Interlaken it was very nice to have a balcony overlooking the lake.

We prefer rooms without carpet but it did not stop us from enjoying our stay.

Rooms are smaller than expected.Leissigen is not the most happening place - bus to Interlaken/Spiez comes every one hour and ship once a day - but we didn't face any issues

The breakfast, the view and the price

The location. Its far from Interlaken OST station. You have to wait for the bus every hour. The bathroom is small and it’s hard to take a shower.

This hotel exceed my expectation! This is last hotel we stayed in Swaziland, and we really enjoyed it. The hotel room is spacious, looks like newly renovated, staff are very friendly, it gives you the feeling that they are really trying to go a good job! Plus, it is much more cost-friendly than hotels in interlaken area!

there's no onsite parking, but it is convenient to go to the parking garage from the hotel.

The staff responded quickly and was nice about our late arrival upong check-in day. Room service was done every day. Breakfast had a pretty decent range of choices for meat lovers and vegetarians. The breakfast room had a nice view on the lake. Parking for guests was much appreciated.

The room has an outdated look, even if everything worked fine. Maybe add more English translations for breakfast items. The windows were not simple to close completely, so we got some noise from outside during the night.

Breakfast was delightful. The view at the breakfast area was beautiful, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The hallway is a little creepy, and dark. But it's an old building, so it's okay. But I was scared to walk alone in the hallway outside the room.

The staff were super friendly and very professional, we were greeted by the front desk ladies daughter who was very cute and helpful.In my experience traveling across Europe, this hotel experience beats any Hilton in Switzerland hands down.

Too noisy, close to a train track and road.

Very clean, great breakfast, very nice and friendly people. Close to a lake next to a great swimming area. We spent there with the kids every afternoon.

No air conditioning. Very close to a train rails. Very noisy. We had 2 rooms one was renovated and the second one old style.

The photo are missleading! The photo are giving the impression that the hotel is waterfront but…There is a road and a railway in front of the hotel making it awfully noisy! The room are not all renovated and the breakfest was nothing like the photo… il was mediocar at best. Powder eggs, very limited choice… the picture ans the reality are not aligned at all!
