Pros +
- The location of the hotel was really great. The staff member working at breakfast was very kind and extremely helpful, and the breakfast itself was quite good. On the positive side, the pillows and the bed were very comfortable.
- The location was convenient - an easy walk to the beach, various restaurants, a small grocery store, the casino, and the convention center. So depending on the reason for you visit, most options are covered. The room was very large, making it easy to unpack and settle in. My room had a balcony, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was really nice and offered a variety of options including a bespoke omelette area. The musician theme per room was rather entertaining. I appreciated being able to have a nespresso machine in the room, but found it odd to have to ask.
- Brillant stay apart from above with a little bit thought could have been
Cons -
- It was really annoying that there were no slippers in the rooms.
- The hotel rooms are in need of updating/modernization. They are not in disrepair per se, but they are really outdated. The musician theme is fine and would be a shame to remove, but the furniture needs a refresh and the carpet is massively old/really needs to go. The airco in my room was not very strong - even if running all night, the coolest it could achieve was 23C. I imagine in the heat of the summer, it would have been miserable. The room also needed another mirror option as the only one was in the bathroom under harsh lights. There was plenty of wall space to add one. The room should have coffee and tea services included (at least the machines) without having to request. Finally, the hotel claims 4 stars and this is not the case. It is also quite costly, but I was told that is the case for the whole area of Estoril.
- Sadly big group booking of sports people overwhelmed the buffet .Insufficient Salmon was replaced with pescada which is not quite the same

Location was wonderful with access to trains taxis were readily available, and I had an Waterview.. breakfast was very good with made to order eggs/omelette. There is a spa on site and a swimming pool beach across the street and walking distance to the casino. There is a championship golf course one of the oldest in Europe.
Rooms were outdated, carpeting, with poor lighting. No plug-in in the bathroom for hair curler… there was a hairdryer and electric shaver outlet, however. Mini bar was very expensive. A Pepsi was €5.50. It’s mostly a residential area and no tours leave from this town.
Very good staff, good location with a good view
Extra bed was too small
Rooftop pool area was beautiful. The workout and spa facilities was a nice bonus. View from the room was very good.
Busy road outside the hotel was noisy. The bed was well used to the point of having an indented area.
Well located to the beach and train. Clean. The breakfast buffet was yum. Accommodated for late checkout.
A little outdated, didn’t realize it was a themed hotel with large music motifs for each room.
It’s central location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although I do not speak Portuguese, most of the staff spoke English.
The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and it's a plus to have natural light in both the room and the bathroom. Good closet space with enough hangers. The breakfast had a lot of options and the food was very good and fresh.
The staff at breakfast were speaking very loudly in Portuguese about other coworkers not doing their job properly (thinking mostly people wouldn't understand). The room lights are too dim (this is very noticeable at night, when lacking natural lighting from outside). The mattress is too soft and uncomfortable. At room 505 one of the pillows had hair in it. Lack of toiletries such as cotton pads, cotton swabs and products of a smaller size - such as shower gel/shampoo. It's not comfortable or hygienic to use products that are already opened and/or used since it's not clear who has used them before and how long they have been open. It's also not clear how to turn on the lights next to the bed - the switch is hardly noticeable and it's confusing to have a switch at the wall next to the bed that works only for the hallway and not for the bedside lamp.
Have stayed many times staff are excellent sorted a booking problem we had efficently
It’s lovely, staff is very friendly, the rooms are big and clean.
The window was broken and the wind was coming in through it making an awful noise which kept me up all the first night. But as soon as I told the staff they changed my room.
The location, the staff and the secured underground garage, the AC.
The room could be a bit modernised and be a bit more comfortable in terms of beddings/pillows.
Convenient location, helpful staff, nice onsite restaurant
In room amenities very limited, bathroom difficult for persons with limited mobility, bed not comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Management sent a nice Birthday gift as well to the room! Thank You!
A coffee maker or kettle would be a useful upgrade.
Very friendly staff, good location (very close to Estoril Convention Center) and breakfast
Friendly staff, good breakfast, very close to Estoril Convention Center and Casino.
The quiet location. Parking.
