The reception area was very nice, had money spent on it.Rooms very basic need painting and modernising.Motor bikes on road outside were horrendous, racing each other every night.Apart from the casino not much in Estoril got the train to Cascais.

The hotel is in a very good location, next to the beach. Breakfast was as advertised. The best aspect of booking this hotel is the staff. They are very helpful and kind!

- not enough sockets > only 2 connections for the whole apartment and no plug in the bathroom- lighting was very little, only 2 bed lamps- bath was very slippery; no anti-slip was inside the bath- breakfast could have more variety
The front desk clerk, Martha, is the gem of the hotel. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate and perfect for the price. It was clean, and the open public parking lot was just 50 yards away, and that was very convenient. Overall, the rooms were small, but the best deal in the town for the price,

Location and staff. Breakfast was decent, and I appreciate the kettle they gave me when I asked for it.
Breakfast was good but needs an upgrade, like adding more protein such as eggs. Changing the fruits more often, there were pears, apples, and oranges the first day, then apples and oranges only on the following 4 days. Having a fridge in the room would be great.

The other guests were very loud and annoying till late hour of the night (1am), walls were thin and you could hear everything either through the walls/ceiling or the corridor/stairs
Even though sao mamede was under construction, the facilities were working very well. Me and my colleagues were even upgraded to a suite with an ocean view. The service of the staff was above and beyond. Anything I needed was provided and the owner was very much willing to think along with anything I needed.
The furniture and decoration of the room does not match the beauty and potential of the hotel itself. This is more of a style thing.
