Penha Longa is an elegant palazzo-style estate located among the rolling hills of the Sintra Cascais Nature Reserve. The 5-star resort features a 27-hole championship golf course, a state-of-the-art 4.9 ft² spa center, and two of seven dining experiences hold coveted Michelin stars. All guest rooms feature private balconies, giving views across the landscaped gardens, swimming pools and golf courses. Beds are fitted with Egyptian cotton sheets, and all rooms are equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, iPod docking station, a high-speed internet connection and a plasma-screen TV. A children’s playground, mini golf course and Kids' Club are also featured. Penha Longa is in a prime location for hiking and cycling excursions. - The customer service is poor especially the waitress at the bars and restaurants. They're rude and unfriendly. Also, there was two bugs found in my room the first day.
