It was one of the cheapest hotels in the Aachen region.

Location - it is primary a hotel on the motorway for truck drivers. That?s great but not what we expected. We used it as a base to visit Aachen so our needs (expectations?) may have been different.

Reception sucks on the wall of elevator of this hotell a warning to help stop about abu... se children but in the reception nobody even ask ANY dicument of my children.

all.Dirty rooms, atmosphere of the place Mainly the woman in the reception. Very low educated, unpolite and unfriendly person ever seen. Should not work with people since she looks like very irritated ( seems she works obliged there) to deal with service. This woman is burning tne business of this hotel maybe she do it with her propose, who knows?

Location and staff was good.

Rooms were not super clean. Toilet was leaking.

Hi We were travelling and needed a one night rest and found that the hotel staff and the hotel was very friendly. It is close to the border and the motorway so easy access. It seemed safe and has private bathroom in the room.

The shower and toilet are not together, it wasn’t a big problem however the shower door being a little bit see-through was a bit inconvenient however we flung a towel over the door so all good.

i like cheap but the room was like a prison cell

bedroom was cold and unappealing. stark, and featureless. did not like it at all

Perfect accommodation for a quick stopover whilst travelling. Enough room and bed was comfy enough for a few hours sleep before heading off early.

Overall not a nice stay

Plates at breakfast were dirty, we didn't even have breakfast because of this.A lot of noice from the nearby highway.Dirty rooms.

excellent hotel with such price, very clean and comfort. just behind Gas station, easy to park our car there and directly infront the hotel

Easy to find, straight off the main road. On-site parking was simple. Check-in was easy. We have stayed here before so knew what to expect. Remember, it's budget so no kettle, no fridge, no extras, just one towel each.The bathroom situation is a little weird, so check the photos before you book.Personally we would never stay in these places more than one night, but they do the job, cheaply, when travelling long distances.

No idea why two days before, we needed to do a pre-booking in, as we did the same thing again at reception. While the room was clean and comfortable, the toilet was filthy. Yes, we have stayed here before, but we had forgotten how hard the beds are, and how poor the pillows.This time the crockery and cutlery at breakfast was a game of luck, some bits were clean, while others still had someone else's meal attached! Being budget does not excuse poor hygiene, so only a 7 score.

There was no light in the bathroom. No plug near the bed.

Good location along the highway, very good breakfast with lots of options. Personnel was very friendly and accommodating.

Room size is pretty small but that is to be expected for this price :)

Nice and helpful service

There is heavy truck traffic in the nearby parking lot all night long, unfortunately the windows are not soundproof enough so you can't sleep. The hotel is old, the breakfast was poor with low quality products.

Location near the highway.

There were fecal marks on the toilet. The sink is just in the room, not in the bathroom and was clogged. The breakfast was very poor and at 9.30 there was hardly anything left. The stay is an absolute rip off at this price.

The accommodations were of a modest size, potentially restrictive for a family, but this isn't a family holiday hotel, its a budget hotel intended for people on the go or long distance bus drivers changing shifts.The hotel's proximity to the motorway offered excellent convenience, and the room's double glazing provided exceptional soundproofing, effectively blocking any noise from the nearby motorway.The bed was comfortable and included a bunk bed, which could be advantageous for families with children.The hotel provided 24-hour reception services, and the staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness.The hotel is pet-friendly, with an additional charge of approximately 5 euros per dog, which is considered reasonable.Complimentary parking is available directly outside the hotel.The room was equipped with a television offering digital channels, which is a commendable amenity for a budget hotel.I would recommend this hotel to individuals seeking budget-friendly accommodation without unnecessary frills, prioritising a comfortable night's rest.Additionally, Aldi and Lidl stores are conveniently located a few miles away, providing easy access to essential supplies for onward journeys.Would I stay again, yes, definitely, as it's a convenient & comfortable hotel fan overnight. Stop over.

The cleanliness of the sheets was questionable, raising concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. The corridors were visibly dirty, prompting doubts about the cleanliness of other areas.The breakfast, priced at 10 Euros, did not provide sufficient value for the cost.

parking was nearby. breakfast room was easy to access. gas station near by, that had nice staff and something to eat- and there was a microwave we could heat up the food we bought. very modest but adequate selection of snacks in the gas station. nothing available at the Motel in the evening.

personal did not see our reservation- neither the fact that the room was paid. some kind of problem with connections, had to wait for long time to get the door key very tired in the evening. In the morning other reception clerk first announced complaining to me that she needs next time reservations before hand of the amount of breakfast eating visitors. single person staying for one night simply cant offer that information! day before different clerk replied when we asked to pay for breakfast beforehand, that its better that the breakfast is paid in the morning.

It's a budget hotel and for us was more than ok! The girl at reception was very ok the formalities were swift!

After 1 night I cannot find negatives things to say.

-No towels in room,sorted after speaking with the staff on reception-room is very small,cramped,-shower door could not be shut properly,water leaking out-room-warm ( no Air Conditioning )-if you open the window , very noisy-Bed ok- Quality of sleep , rest ( from 0 - 10 ) : 0Would I stay again ? No,..Would I recommend ? No

very basic room,

very hard to find, it is realy in the services, constant lorrys through the night. very noisy, terrable breakfast, overpriced

The location was the only good thing

Not clean, uncomfortable bed, noisy room, filthy carpets, the breakfast was disappointing.
